A lovely spot to stop for lunch... the view and sounds of the crashing waves is relaxing! Food was ok here and not too expensive.

Excellent burgers and chips from the Flying Boat, a great location beside the water with the option to get a drink from the Game Fishing Club and sit undercover. Really friendly helpful staff. Don’t miss out, these burgers are fantastic!!

On almost every visit to Raro,we make a point of visiting the Game Fishing Club for Happy Hour and after a few drinks and shared laughs with the locals about the one that got away,we inevitably feel the munchies coming on,so a visit to the Flying Boat for a takeaway is a must, always well cooked and not dripping in fat... Loved the fish & chips served in a basket to be eaten overlooking the water. Dig in and eat with your fingers and enjoy the sound of the ocean.

Best place to eat on the island. Very rustic - place your order at the window and eat at picnic tables. The sandwiches are amazing, good to the last bite. Enjoy a walk about and watch the fresh catch be cleaned and get ready for sale. We ate there 3 times.

The fish was so oily and soggy. It was almost like it wasn't cooked properly. It all just smelt weird, I didn't end up eating it after a few bites. I have had lunch here before and it was good, maybe I just got them on a off day. Not sure if I would rush back.

Not the best fish and chips, heard they did nice lunches, but we we're disappointed, the batter on the fish was very oily

This was an excellent meal, fish and chips one of the best meals we had presented well, tasted fantastic and well worth the effort. Top marks for the flying boat. Cheap as chips too and generous servings.

We really enjoyed our burgers here and priced well. The location is spectacular and it is such a cute cafe as it is an old trawler. It is connected to the Fishing Club, which has a great happy hour every day. Worth coming for lunch or even staying on for dinner after the happy hour! It is very casual and... More
