Well I was looking forward to coming here from the reviews but my fish was tiny but did have a good crumb coating it. Salad was boring and gross dressing and there wasn't many chips put on the plate. Overall expensive and left hungry.

We love Trader Jacks for the food as well as its situation, lovely looking out to sea! Have only have lunch there as night life might be a bit busy for us !!! Sometimes the wait can be a bit long but they are usually busy so you have to take the good with the not so good. Overall a... More

Great setting great view, pity one snappy waitress ruined it for us. We forgot we had 11 ppl to be seated and not the 10 we told her. When we asked to squeeze 1 more in she basically threw the cutlery at us snorted at us are u sure now? Food great though

Lives up to its reputation as the liveliest spot on the island. Food and service were good for the price. Probably more suited to large groups or families rather than a romantic date night but still fun for couples!

The food is good, definitely worth trying. What really makes up for it is the view. I would go there just to have a drink or two and look at the water. Also the people around the bar make for great conversation.

This is a very busy place to eat, great food and very happy staff. If you can get a table outside on the deck it is worth the wait.

We stopped by for a light lunch and enjoyed the service, food and beer as we gazed out over the reef to the open sea, past the wreck of the Maitai.. Trader Jacks has a long history. From a popular meeting place for traders and past characters of the Cook Islands to today when it is a delightfully rustic reminder... More

Had lunch here twice. Both times all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. ( loved my smoked marlin salad) Service was good considering how busy they were. No proper coffee tho. Only filter. Gorgeous smoothies tho.
