We had heard that Trader Jacks was a Rarotongan tradition - and we're glad that we visited! Cheap, good food with friendly staff and a great spot in Avarua.

Awesome place for kiwis! the food was so good and the staff were funny and great. good location, we wish we found it earlier on in our trip so we could have gone more often!

Worth a visit but nothing special. The location is on the seaside but is similar to most of Raratonga. I had a very nice lobster salad at a relatively cheap price but my wife's curry was average.

Had one of our best meals on the island here. The service was excellent and the location was great. Love the little bar downstairs too. Would definitly recommend having a meal at Trader Jacks!

We were on our first trip to Rarotonga and had been told of Trader Jacks We had lunch there and it was everything we had been told. Great views, service and food. Definitely place to be recommended.

We went there for drinks and lunch one day on our trip and service was great, food very tasty and excellent value. Seafood platter was the standout!

Trader Jacks has always been a favourite place to visit, either for a daytime beer on the deck watching the world go by, or for lunchtime meals. Probably the most comercial of establishments we came across in Raro. Still, the food serving size was good, reasonably priced but not really where you would go if you are looking for traditional local cusine. Nice beachfront location.
