Great little outdoor restaurant

We stayed at the Intercontinental which is about a 15 minute walk to the restaurant. We ate here several times during our stay. They have very large portions. The Ahi poke was my favorite. its a very simple place that takes cash only. They tend to run out of certain items later in the day.

We had lunch here and the prices are about average for the island, but huge portion sizes. I couldn't even finish my lunch. I had the tuna cooked in coconut milk and my husband had the tuna steak. Both were excellent!

Sand floor, plastic chairs .. and paradise. The food at this special little corner of the island is a must for visitors to Mo'orea. The Garlic Shrimp is perfection! They say you need a reservation, but we went before noon and got a table by the ocean. Cash only.

Happened upon this place while on our scooter. We saw all the cars parked outside and thought it must be good. It was. Luckily we got a table just about in the water. Saw fish but no shark. There is an amazing tree that offers shade to most the tables. The place was busy but the service good and the food... More

A lovely restaurant with a delicious menu. The poisson cru is a must. If you sit near the water's edge you can have the company of a shark as well!

Got a tip of this casual roadside restaurant from a local and wish we had known earlier in our trip! Run out of a house, this "cash only" establishment has an eclectic array of tables and chairs right on the water overlooking the gorgeous ocean. The menu, while not vast has plenty to choose from (we had the fish burger... More

One thing that may surprise you is they do take reservations and they do run out of food. But if you can have your hotel make reservations or get there on the early side you are golden. Overall the other reviews have said it well - very fresh fish. Friendly service. Great location - especially on a sunny day. They... More

I picked this from trip advisor and glad we did. We went for lunch and it was the best food of the trip! A little lunch shack on beautiful lagoon, you can sit outside on picnic tables, or inside. Staff is local and very nice. We had local dishes, poisson Cru, and shrimp curry. Delicious, and best we had on... More

This is just good island food. The restaurant is right on the shore with lots of outdoor seating. We had Mahi Mahi dishes that were well prepared and sumptuous. The local beer is good, I suggest it. This is a place that the locals frequent, so don't be surprised by plastic chairs and tables, but the food is good and... More

Heard so many good things about this place and we had planned out our schedule for the day to make sure we stop by here for lunch. We came well before closing time, only to be met by a lady shooing us out and saying "No more food". Really disappointed that even though we came well before they were supposed... More
