We ate here in May 2013, our friendly concierge instructed the taxi driver how to get there, and we got there eventually! The menu is large but what we ate was lovely ( deep fried Brie and herby calamari to start then pizza and veal risotto for main). Portions are large so we couldn't finish so they boxed the rest... Delightful little Italian restaurant that served wonderful pizzas & other typical Italian fare. They offered complimentary after dinner glasses of Limoncello, which was really unexpected & nice.

It wasn't too expensive for such a fancy restaurant, and there were tons of great food options. I have no complaints, and would definitely go back.

We ate at Limoncello in March of 2013. The menu is extensive, with pasta, seafood, chicken and red meats in many forms. The wine list is also large and reasonably priced. Overall, the food is good and the portions are large. I ordered the tuna "termino tres quartos" (cooked three-quarters) and should have asked for "medio." The service was excellent... More

As someone else mentioned I believe the restaurant is a converted home where they have tables set up in various rooms all accessed by the hallway to the kitchen. Still I found it very charming. There is an extensive menu and a nice selection of wines. Cocktails are also offered are were done well. Our waiter, Louis, was an engaging... More

We had a lovely meal with ambience and romantic ballads, great service, and for a price that makes the restaurant a really good deal to boot. Portions are very generous, I'd suggest sharing the main course, both of our plates were enough for two persons, especially with a starter.

It´s a very good italian restaurant, really romantic, cosy, with a great service. The food was excellent as well as the choice in the menu. Great place for a romantic dinner.

I had business in San Jose and dined here on Valentine's Day, solo. It was clear upon entering that the restaurant used to be a large house and the tables are set up in the various rooms in the house. No attempt seems to have been made to knock down walls to create larger spaces. I was seated at the... More

This Italian restaurant is a little off the beaten track in San Jose, but was within easy walking distance of our hotel in the Barrio Aranjuez area. It has great atmosphere, and an extensive menu. The antipasto the two of us shared was a wonderful mix, and was enough for 6 people, so by the time I had made my... More
