Pescatore Restaurant is focused on providing recipes where creativity and originality are the highlight, fusing peruvian and Mediterranean cuisine. A truly new and unique experience. Here you can find cebiches, risottos and pastas. Some menu highlights are the lobster fettuccine with pisco, passion fruit tuna ceviche, fish stew, and grilled tenderloin sauteed octopus. The restaurant is owned by Peruvian chef Regis Molina, Le Cordon Bleu graduate, with extensive experience in Costa Rica. Finally note the open kitchen, large windows and the ability to eat outdoors. Great seafood & excellent service. I wonder if anyone knows what they served when you were first seated. Someone here described it as "half popped corn". That was so tasty!

My wife and I wanted a special dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We followed Trip Advisor reviews to Pescatore. Great seafood. Great service. Excellent wine list. Nice ambiance. And all this at a very reasonable cost.

Poor service by an inattentive waiter. Orders were brought out at different times. Expensive. I received recommendations from several people and so went there expecting The Best. It wasn't. There are enough other restaurants in the area that I prefer to frequent.

My friends brought me last night. It was so delicious that I came back with more friends tonight to try more alternatives. This chef who actually is Italian know his thing. This is absolutely the best Peruvian food that I have ever had worldwide.

The title of my review says it all ; and that the restaurant is fish oriented completes the thought. An abundance of choices with an attractive wine list. While waiting for your meal, you may nibble on what appears to be a type of half-popped corn...fun and DELICIOUS ..wish I had gotten the recipe. The restaurant has in-door and patio dining,... More
