Phenomenal food... a pleasant surprise!

I'd visit this restaurant about 6 times, and every single one of them has been a great experience. The place invite you to have a nice talk with your family without any crowd noise. Service is expectacular. My favorites: Ceviche de atun al maracuya and Atun al Sauco, excellent entrie and main course of you like tuna steak. Other dishes... More

My date brought me here because it is one of his favorites. Even though it didn't work out between us, at least I now have a new favorite place for ceviche! It was amazingly fresh and plenty of flavor. We also shared a plate of raw oysters (even the aphrodisiacs couldn't save us), which also tasted like they were plucked... More

High end, very Escazu place with kind of limited seating area. Make reservations for weekends because otherwise there is a wait. Waiters are well-trained and usually service is good. Chef is very accommodating and friendly. I recommend the tuna or the octopus. Don't know anyone that dislikes this place.

Great seafood & excellent service. I wonder if anyone knows what they served when you were first seated. Someone here described it as "half popped corn". That was so tasty!

My wife and I wanted a special dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We followed Trip Advisor reviews to Pescatore. Great seafood. Great service. Excellent wine list. Nice ambiance. And all this at a very reasonable cost.

Poor service by an inattentive waiter. Orders were brought out at different times. Expensive. I received recommendations from several people and so went there expecting The Best. It wasn't. There are enough other restaurants in the area that I prefer to frequent.

My friends brought me last night. It was so delicious that I came back with more friends tonight to try more alternatives. This chef who actually is Italian know his thing. This is absolutely the best Peruvian food that I have ever had worldwide.
