This place seems only a year or so old and has a black sign. t's about 3/4 of the way from Quepos to the beaches.. The bus to Manuel Antonio stops at the shop. The Nachos are Huge for a snack for four people and cheap. Excellent for cleanliness, staff and value. Just wanted to give the experience for others'... More

Have eaten here before in previous years so checked it out again. I had the fish casado and my friend had spaghetti. The casado was great huge portion, delicious fresh grilled fish, rice, beans, potatoes and salad for about $5.00. Great little place

This little place is quick, with no frills and a mainly Costa Rican menu. The food is much cheaper than at the more 'touristy' places. We had burritos and they were delicious and perfect for a light supper.

Our party of four decided to eat here on the last night in Costa Rica! What a shame! If we knew how great this little spot was we would have been here sooner! We ordered a variety of dishes and all of them were great! They even made us sopa Azteka (which was not on the menu) and it was... More

A local suggested us Soda Sanchez. I took a hot sopa de mariscos with a cool Imperial and it was delicious. It was raining very bad so to pass the time we started talking with the owner who was very available and friendly and gave us a lot of advices. They have WIFi. Close to the Quepos bus terminal the... Such a wonderful, local experience. Mostly tourists eating here, but still felt like a super local place. Great prices. Great food. Great service. This is a great spot to start or end your quick tour of the little town of Quepos.

My wife and I stopped for lunch. I had the Chicken burrito and she had beef quesadilla. Hers was OK, mine was not good, to say it mildly. Staff was nice, they have Wi Fi. Not sure if I want to try them again.

My husband and I wanted to try local food and visited this place. We tried Cas juice(guava) and I found it very different. I was just ok but the shrimp rice - Arroz con camarones was just too delicious. This is located at a walking distance from Quepos main bus terminus. People guided us and we reached here easily.

Tried it since it was so highly rated. Not sure what the hype is about - the food is good but not amazing, average. It's small and cheaper than many places, but still expensive for what you receive ( as is most of Costa Rica's food ).
