Delicioso!

We stopped there for lunch on our way back from Flamingo Beach in Guanacaste. There was a pay parking lot across the street where we left our car and we stopped for a quick meal on our way back to San Jose. The restaurant gaves us three appetizers for free (sample size) which we selected from a... read more

We were recommended several ties to top here, but never had the chance until this week. First we arrived for lunch at 4 pm and the place was full of people, good indication that the food was as good as described in the reviews. We were surprised by the really good service and the really huge plates, we ordered shrimp... More

I´ve been coming to this restaurant on and off for the last four years, perhaps twentry visits in all. It has ranged from reasonable to very good indeed, but the last visit was a real disappointment. It is always crowded, especially at weekends, and that´s fine, all part of the deal. Last visit though, the portions seemed smaller, the fish... More

A seafood restaurant & bar offering a full menu and good drinks and cold beers, fish ceviches, shrimp and chuchecas. Its location across from the estuary of Mata de Limon is very refreshing and invites repeat visits.

The shrimp w/ rice here is very good and the portions are generous. The place is perfect for a stop on your way to Puntarenas or Guanacaste. The locale is open-aired with a sea-side view. Good value for your food!

Very busy restaurant with lots of locals. The waiter came over and pointed out the specials appetizers which we order I order the calamari and Rafa order the sea food soup. Before the appetizers were delivered the waiter had two different fresh fish on a plate to show different items on the menu. We were there on a Sunday afternoon... More

This resturant is great for authentic Costa Rician Seafood. Most of the fish is caught nearby and unloaded at the back of the resturant right off the water. It is popular with families. The whole red snapper is one of my favorites, filet of fish in garlic is also great! Portions are huge!! We have been comming here for over... More

On our way to Guanacaste, it's a must to stop at Leda's!! I really recomend to have our famous ceviche, which is basically raw sea bass in lemon juice with onion and other ingredients that vary from restaurant to restaurant, but always delicious!! Really recomend to stop here and just relax with the "estero" sight.

We were staying at a Doubletree nearby and really wanted to try local food, and our driver, tour guide and hotel personnel recommended La Leda. We were not disappointed. The place does not look like much, it is a simple (but also very clean) local place. We parked in the guarded parking lot across the street for nominal fee to... More

The prices were really great, food prepared well, and had good taste. The translated menu could be a little more descriptive and say how the dishes are prepared (fried, baked, etc) so you get what you are expecting.
