When I went to kapi kapi with my family they had great food. I ordered the chicken which was great my brother ordered the ribs for the appetizer and the red snapper for his main corse. He said that the snapper was great. My mom order the seafood cigars which are like spring rolls but stuffed with fish and other... More

I think Kapi Kapi was one of the best restaurants I has in Costa Rica. The service was fanominal. Once when I droped my fork one of the waiters came in five seconds and gave me a clean one. I would recommend having the seafood sigars and the mahi mahi. The ribs are also a very good appitizer. I really... More

We visited the Manuel Antonio area last week and tried this restaurant one night for dinner. It was walking distance from our place (Tulemar- separate review). We had the best meal we had in a long time there! The place is really unique with a nice modern decor. You have to go up the stairs to the second floor to... More

We enjoy dining out and go out at least 3 - 5 times a week at home in the US. We tried this restaurant as I noticed the advertising on the drive from San Jose. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice. The waiter quite friendly. Unfortunately that's all that was good. We started with the seafood cigars....basically a little tuna... More

Amazing food- be sure to try the seafood cigars! A little pricier but worth it for a fancier dinner.

We had heard so much about Kapi Kapi that we decided we needed to add it to our list in Manual Antonio. The seating area is beautiful and open air with nice decorations. The one distraction was that you could see into the kitchen which was cluttered (Saran Wrap, bottles of oil, soy sauce, etc.). Open kitchens I feel should... More

Nice place, good food and service. Interesting menu. Chocolate soufflé was a nice recommendation of our waiter. Prices are not so high.

Great ambience, excellent food, good service. Yes, this is a tourist restaurant and it may be a little pricey (comparable to Victoria's) - but if you're looking for a nice meal in Manuel Antonio, I'd highly recommend it. Try the red sangria!

We had an amazing meal here! Try the fish cigars, awesome flavours as well as the chocolate soufflé; it's to die for! Great, fast service and a good drink menu as well. Portions on the entrees are large, so share the appetizers.

On our first night, we walked past Kapi Kapi, concerned that it may be too pricey. We went back the following night, and realized that the prices are basically the same as Victoria's, just a couple of doors down, but the food and the ambiance are a world apart. Everything we had was delicious, and the ambiance was amazing -... More
