This charming cafe-restaurant with an indie feel--graffiti prints and wood tables and breathtaking views--serves honest, very tasty gourmet health food. We got the sesame-crusted tuna and chicken brochette with grilled veggies, and this is the kind of savoury food with high quality ingredients I would serve at a home dinner party. The lunch menu looks awesome, with smoked salmon bagels,... More

Went here for lunch with a few friends. The sandwiches were good. However, the dessert was out of this world! Key lime pie, peanut butter Oreo pie, cakes, cookies, tarts...all of the choices look so good it makes it hard to pick just one. I would recommend getting two. The piña coladas and café con leche were phenomenal as well.

Emilio's is that restaurant which will have you returning to try and sample everything from the menu. Every dish I have tried there is excellent. Plus--it has an unbeatable location and views!

Excellent restaurant where we had one of our best dinners in Costarica. Does not look like much from the outside, but was excellent and reasonably priced. Magnificent tuna. I expect the view to be very nice at noon, the evening we went the weather was not cooperative!

From the road, this place doesn't look like much but walking in, it has an amazing view! We only stopped in for desserts but they were phenomenal!

My husband and I went out to Emilio's Café for dinner one evening and we had an excellent dinner of fresh tuna - perfectly cooked, not overcooked - prepared in 3 ways. All three were delicious. Emilio's also has a lot of delicious looking pastries and bread in their bakery, however we were too full from dinner to try dessert!

My fiancè and I had a dinner at Emilio's café. We ordered two seafood dishes... well, the taste was terrific, the fish was perfectly cooked. We're from Italy and we cook and eat seafood at least twice per week... The feedback for the chef Sebastiano is extremely positive, he definetely knows how to process the raw material. The waiter, as... More

Food is great and so are the deserts. Everything seems very healthy and organic. The owner was very nice and remembered us when we came in.

We tried the chocolate mousse recommended by the lady and it was outstanding and coconut flan was amazing and my fiancé loved the peanut butter pie. Great views and saw a monkey too. Loved it.
