Great views, funky setting

great funky location for a dinner with my family (13 people). Server was friendly and the views overlooking Manuel Antonio were great. My family is not easy to please when it comes to food, and everyone was able to find something they liked. We will go again for lunch next time we visit the area.

I live in Quepos and as a treat, stop at Emilio's. I personally think it's best for breakfast and lunch, but you can also get great tuna there for dinner. For drinks, their coffee and lemonade is delicious. There are always amazing desserts... and specials change daily. Their sandwiches are great too!

We stopped here for breakfast. We thought the food was fine, but not exiting. we expected more based on recommendations from the locals. Maybe lunch is better.

Emilio's doesn't compare to Cafe Milagro just up the street. If you are looking for some baked dessert, Emilio's will be ok. But for a great meal and friendly staff, go to Cafe Milagro.

The food looked great, though we didn't eat there. We stopped in several times to cool off with iced coffee.

We ate here 3 times during our stay - twice in the evening and once for lunch and it gets our vote for the best restaurant in the area in terms of value, view and atmosphere. The live music (jazz/cuban influenced) on a Friday and Saturday are well worth going along for - but book early as they say! The... More

Amazing view, amazing food and awesome deserts! Grilled tuna steak- spectacular. Mediterranean ceviche- amazing twist on the classic. Sea bass in a curry sauce- ridiculously good. White sangria- wow. Beer- so cold there were ice crystals in the bottle.

Emilio's is located right in town in a quaint setting. The food choices vary in price with a number of nightly specials offered. Last year we ventured twice, once for breakfast and again for dinner. The breakfast is outstanding and you get the view thrown in for nothing. Dinner is much busier and I would suggest a reservation. Currently, they're... More

We came here for lunch during our stay in Manuel Antonio. The view from this restaurant is absolutely breathtaking. After a tasty lunch, they asked if we wanted dessert. We declined at the time, but on the way out we took notice of the dessert selection in the display case. It looked amazing. We had dinner that same night at... More

The food is excellent and the desserts are even better! Friendly staff and good service, too. It's next to the Mariposa Hotel, so it's handy for those staying there.
