This open-on-two-sides restaurant is directly across from the public beach, Playa Espadilla, and a short distance from the entrance to Manuel Antonio park. Great burger, great salad, cold drinks, and beach view, it could be your own

Marlin's is a great beach side restaurant for really good food and really, really cold beer ... a necessity to escape the heat of the beach across the street. This isn't gourmet by any stretch, but I give it an excellent for what it is. Food is delicious. You can get your typical American burgers, but their seafood is fresh... More

We ate here three times during our eight-night stay in the Manuel Antonio area. The meals aren't cheap but are of good quality and the menu has a decent variety with a good assortment of fish dishes. The location is great, right across from the public beach; I love a restaurant without walls.

Had a great cheeseburger, chicken burrito and salad at Marlin's. Also know friends that had breakfasts here (served til 11am so get there before if you want breakfast) and they really enjoyed them. Being in Manuel Antonio the prices aren't cheap but are comparable for the area which is generally expensive, but the food was very good. A friend was... More

While on the beach we rented chairs from Mary's. Can't miss it. She gets her food from Marlins. The first day we had a chicken sandwich and a mah mahi salad. Both were big portions and delicious! Raw juices were also phenomenal. The second day we get a 1/2 meter pizza. Coming from Boston and north end pizza it wasn't... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and had a great view of the ocean. I especially loved the fruit punch and the my strawberry pancakes that had the strawberries cooked right in and in an attractive design. My grandson got a fruit plate and it was huge. Others got the typical Costa Rican style breakfast and enjoyed it too.

We went to Marlin almost every day for Lunch, to take a break from the beach. Food was very good, service attentive and price reasonable. It could be a total rip-off considering the location, but it is not, it was a very pleasant surprise. Food seemed fresh and portions were quite big, to carry us until dinner time

We ate here a few times namely because of the location. It is quite convenient, and compared to its neighbors, it's more decently priced for similar quality food. Only reason I gave it a '3 star' and not '4' is because despite my asking the waiter if tip is included, he said "no... Just the meal and tax". I found... More

My husband and I shared a seafood platter which was very good. I do agree with some of the other reviews that it's overpriced but good. It is in a great location if you are staying near the park.
