Visited numerous times during our Costa Rica stay

In mid-November, our group of 15 stayed at the Casa Tolteca villa located directly across the street from the Falls Hotel and restaurant. We had dinner there on our second day and it was excellent. My wife and I both agreed that this was the best restaurant meal we had during our entire stay. I... read more

The food was really good and the kids also had lot of options to eat. The breakfast which was made to order was also very good

We had the pleasure of enjoying an excellent dinner at the Falls last week. Our family was visiting Costa Rica for the first time and we stayed in Manuel Antonio for a week. They agreed that the Falls was absolutely the best food they had all week. The prices are reasonable and their specials are excellent. We enjoyed the filet... More

This is hands down my favorite restaurant in the Manuel Antonio area. The Falls hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but tucked inside is this lil gem. It has a nice ambiance, and it's a nice change from some of the over-priced tourist trap type restaurants. I love the pork tenderloin in the green peppercorn Cognac sauce, always... More

I found this restaurant on Trip Advisor when I was looking for places to eat on our trip, and it was across the street from our hotel. On first impression, we wished we'd booked this hotel instead of ours!! We went for lunch with our kids, and they were very accommodating. Fresh juice has become standard, but it's still such... We visited The Falls restaurant for dinner after experiencing an incredible lunch at the end of our zip line tour with El Santuario Canopy Tours. When we complimented them on the lunch, we were told that the chef also works at The Falls (same owner)… we knew we HAD to dine at The Falls for dinner… we were not disappointed.... More

in all fairness, we ate here late at night on a tuesday in rainy season, and nobody goes to Costa Rica for the gastronomy--they go for the climate and wildlife. having said that, we got the crumbed/tempura'd shrimp with dips and two burgers with accompaniments and sides. the shrimp came with two creamy dips--one chili-spicy and one horseradish [?] and... Decent value on the menu compared to other places, food is good, not great so dont expect extravagance. Good burger, mahi mahi, and chicken. Sweet potato chips are great though. And portion sizes are hood. Shrimp taco needs to go back to the drawing board though.

I had a superb lunch there, it was hard to see it and only knew about it because my companion had stayed at the Falls resort on a previous trip

Relatively short menu but everything is cooked very well so there is no desire for additional options. We stayed at The Falls Resort and had breakfast at the cafe everyday during our weeklong stay. We also ate lunch twice at the cafe. Between two people, we tried as much as we could. Good selection of local seafood. The traditional Costa... More
