Good food, friendly people

I've eaten there several times since I moved to Costa Rica. They've recently expanded and moved across the road from their old location. The food is tasty, and the cook and waitress are cheerful and helpful.

Best nachos ever! Went to Sanchos to get a quick bite and it was perfect. Food is amazing and took little time to make. Friends had the pulled pork and wet burritos and they enjoyed it just as much. Met the owners Sancho and Heidi and they were incredibly nice. Would recommend anyone to this place.

Sancho's is a wonderful little restaurant, located in Manual Antonio, Costa Rica. Sitting outside and inside. Your food is made to order. The nachos are huge and plenty to share. Topped with the pulled pork, it was yummy. Fish tacos, definitely I would recommend. If going to Costa Rica, this is a must!!!

I don't normally bash a restaurant, but my wife and I went to Sancho's today for some tacos. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The food was horrible and I watched the guy prepare some food while I was paying at the counter and immediately felt nauseous. Nothing was fresh and everything had been sitting inside heating pans... Everything in this review is extremely false! Nothing and i mean nothing is microwaved or comes from a fridge. I cook everything daily in the morning so all the food is extremely fresh. I remember this day and we were very busy and out of the millions of people that walked through the doors of Sancho's that day not one... More

There was 6 of us. Everyone loved their food. We had wet burrito, fish tacos, and the pork nachos were the best nachos I ever tasted. Huge portions and very inexpensive. A must when in Manuel Antonio!!!

I live in Quepos and finally went to Sancho's for the first time this weekend. I ordered the wet burrito, but unfortunately, it wasn't very flavorful. The portion was awesome, but it just wasn't didn't have a punch or spice. In my opinion, the dish was bland for Mexican. My girlfiend ordered the fish tacos though and was blown away,... More

We were staying at a vacation rental close to Sancho's and upon the recommendation of the owner of the rental, we decided to order in Mexican. When I called to order, the guy who answered the phone was very helpful with suggestions on what to order. In the end we went with nachos, fish taco platter and two enchiladas. The... More

We passed by this very small taqueria around 230 pm. We parked our shuttle bus/van on the road and walked in as a family of 15. Heidi, the waitress and co-owner, warmly greeted us and quickly put together almost every table in the place right in the front. We had excellent food and service and a lot of laughs. People...
