Enjoyed it very much

We stayed at the resort for about 5 days, but never left the property for meals so we ate here a lot. Had breakfast and dinner at El Mirador every day. Breakfasts were super - had fruits I've never seen in the United States. We were there with family, so out of the 4 of us, we each came to... read more

Very tasty food and great service! Allan was especially kind and represented very well for the entire restaurant and staff. He setup a private romantic dinner for my husband and me on the beach. It was absolutely beautiful!!! We loved all of the food. The ceviche was one our many favorites!!! We absolutely loved everything and could not have asked... More

The food was beyond the ordinary. Greta Costa Rican food but also so many other types on the menu. They had daily specials, which we had a lot, and a menu with many different offerings. We stayed two weeks and we're always delighted with the food. Their beef was exceptional. We loved their special pastas. The beet steak as wonderful.... More

We did not stay at the hotel arenas del mar but they picked us up for transfer to restaurant el mirador. The views are amazing in the tables next to the pool. Staff was extremely attentive and provided mosquito repellant when we asked. Food was very good, had the mushroom risotto and a fish dish. Very pleasant evening.

This is by far one of the best places I've eaten at while in Costa Rica. I was travelling with a friend and we really enjoyed dining at Mirador on two different occasions. It didn't matter what we ordered - everything was super! I would recommend this place to anyone and is totally worth spending an evening here to enjoy... More

It was good food with a good view. Eat here if you can. It may be a little on the pricey side but go ahead and splurge a little bit.

This place was amazing. The experience started with a golf cart ride up the property. The driver told us about the animals we saw and stopped to let us take pictures. As soon as we got to the restaurant we saw the beautiful view! They started by bringing a plate of fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. All of our... More

We are here nightly. The staff remembered us! They were friendly and would talk to us about anything we had questions on or were curious about! The 'Back to Life' Ceviche was wonderful. The chicharrones, frech toast, Gallo Pinto, and a few others were favorites! A few of the people that helped us: Allan, Luis, Pedro, Minor, Bryan..

While Arenas del Mar is a wonderful hotel and the breakfasts at El Mirador are delicious, the dinner was quite bad. The chicken dish was very very dry and relatively unflavorful, barely edible in fact. The snook was okay but nothing great. The service was friendly but sweating so profusely that he was dripping on me, not very appetizing. Go... More

As a guest at Arenas Del Mar, I had the pleasure of having breakfast here every day for a week and dinner here a number of evenings. The setting is stunning with views of Manuel Antonio and a relaxed pool-side atmosphere. One morning there was a local woman making tortillas in the dining room, served with queso fresca and a...
