This restaurant was just down the road from Hotel La Mariposa. We were looking for a quick lunch before we headed back to the airport. Our waitress was very nice. She brought out some refried beans and chips (yummy). We ordered chicken fajitas, white bean stew and a vegetarian dish, plus some smoothies and ice tea. Everything was really good.

Rainy night and just down the road from the Tulemar gate. Decided to give it a try and glad we did. Nothing fancy but good atmosphere. Guitar player was good. We both ordered fish. Very tasty. I had teriyaki mahi mahi and the only little complaint would be that I'm used to a sweeter teriyaki flavor and it was a... More

We found it by luck as we were driving looking for a restaurant in the rain. The view overlooking the trees, coastline, bluffs, and aqua blue water was beautiful. The food was delicious, they gave us a complimentary chips, and beans ground up like a dip, awesome! Our family had mussels, tilapia teriyaki , and chicken teriyaki. They also had... More

Visited here a few time with my husband during our trip to Manuel Antonio. We found it during a walk down the street.... my husband checked out the menu and said we had to stop here the next day. We did and came back a second time, we liked it so much. The restaurant is not huge but has an... More

This restaurant has one of the best views in all of Manuel Antonio. The tapas are delicious, you must try the chorizo and black beans, delicious!

We went on a Thursday night around sunset and place was pretty quiet. Server was decent and we ordered several small plates to try different items. We had wings, black bean dip, mahi mahi and a Mexican meat dish. All were average to good. We got 2 for 1 drinks and had their Quaro Sour which is decent. All prices... More

Recommended by a local, this place has excellent local food, super fresh sushi and a very fun, friendly and quirky staff. Absolutely my favorite in Quepos and one of the few places bucking the unfortunate trend of much higher dining prices in this area of Quepos.

I can only guess Salsipuedes is ranked so low because it caters more to locals than tourists. You don't get white linens, table side service as one going to manuel antonio might expect, but this place is where you to go mesh with the local crowd, get local cuisine, and drinks strong enough to give a frat party a run... We were a party of 5, 3 adults and 2 teenagers. It was our first time on s segway and something my husband always wanting to try. It was a great experience. Miguel was a terrific guide. The highlight of the tour was interacting with the villagers on Cocal Island. Friendly people living rather primitively mear the most spectacular unspoiled... More

Our family of 10 had a wonderful experience here. We were greeted so warmly, service was quick. We all ordered something different and shared. My son, who loves trying different hot sauces from around the world, asked if they had anything other than the tabasco and he was given some of the chef's own blend. My son, loved it, even... More
