I've been to Manuel Antonio a couple times and on my most recent trip I had lunch at Cafe Milagro. I can't believe I hadn't gone here before! The cafe is small, but has a great atmosphere. I had quite possibly the best coffee/chocolate chip milkshake ever! The sandwiches are filling and there is a little gift shop attached to... more

This was the only restaurant that we returned to more than once during our week-long stay in MA. As vegan travelers, it was very hard to find a suitable meal that wasn't beans and rice, and Cafe Milagro's delicious vegetarian sandwiches were a saving grace! Hummus and delicious coffees this far from the city?! AWESOME. We bought 6 lbs of... more

We went to this place for lunch after a morning on the beach due to recommendations by our book. It is mostly a Sandwich shop and it serves breakfast until 11:30. When we got there they had run out of bread (Hello pumpkin, you are a sandwich shop you are aware) so we asked if we could get breakfast since... more

Went here in December 2008. We ate twice at the Quepos location (think it's called El Patio but next to the coffee shop) for dinner. Loved the Carmelized Onion Souffle. We had breakfast a couple of times at the Manuel Antonio location. Loved this also. Atmosphere, food quality and pricing were excellent. more

Cafe Milagro is one of my favorite places in Manuel Antonio. Just to be sure: This is NOT the best place to eat out. It's a cafe! The setting is very nice and there is a decent selection of small dishes or sweets to go with coffee. I enjoy their little gift boutique and above all, their cats. The coffee... more

My family ate every breakfast at Cafe Milagro on our recent trip to the Manuel Antonio area. For around $5 you get the biggest breakfast you can eat and to make a great deal even better, you can drink a cup of the best coffee Costa Rica has to offer. We buy coffee online monthly at www.cafemilagro.com as the coffee... more

My wife and two sons and I ate lunch here. The outdoor seating was great. My kids had pancakes and a club sandwich. This was my oldest son´s favorite place in Costa Rica! more

The best cup of joe in Costa Rica. I still order coffee from their website. Parents get to experience local tropical delites while the kids have outstanding choices that they recongnize. Everything we ordered was delicious and prepared perfectly. The fantastic smoothies and shakes that made our day. Be sure to check out El Patio in Quepos for lunch and... more

Cafe Milagro is a great and friendly place for breakfast, a snack, or a break from the sun or rain. The coffee is outstanding. I've been going to Costa Rica for nearly 20 years, and this is the coffee we always bring home with us. We often give it as gifts as well, and people always want to know how... more
