Destroyed an excellent mahimahi. Who would pair an excellent fish with a side of curry potatoes and a grilled pineapple? All good item by itself but an awful combination, The casados with fish I have had all over CR at a fraction of the price were better. The chef should be chopped!!!

Stopped by for our breakfast , this was probably the best breakfast we had while on vacation. We had the burrito, and coffees. Give it a go you will not be disappointed.

Not sure what happened to breakfast here been coming to cafe Milagro just about every year since it opened 20 years ago. Last year we did not make it to CR this was without question my favorite breakfast spot but I have now been 3 times since arriving and I don't know what's up.. not near as good as in... More

Would have given this a higher rating if the price for the shrimp entry was more reasonably priced. At $30 it was on the expensive side compared to other restaurants in the area. Had the jerk chicken which was excellent, and half the price of my wife's dish. Both were good, just the price. Nice duo for music. Service was... More

Thank you so much for dining with us! We too would have loved a higher rating and always work toward that end. Jumbo shrimp in general are simply expensive and there's no way to get around their market price. We purchase through reputable companies and also pay the tax that is added to them however many companies to not and... More

First addicted to the brownies and then the quality Latin flavored music I came here for. Pura Vida in paradise. You're advised to snatch the best tables by 7 pm. I don't drink alcohol and Milagro doesn't strike me as a party bar anyway - no one hooting and hollering.

Thanks for noticing we cater to all types and we are thrilled you felt at home with us. Our brownie with ice cream is always a hit, there's something about that combination of texture and flavor that hits it out of the park! We hope you will return again. Have a great year! More

My husband and I had a lovely dinner there. The staff is very good and attentive. In error on my part, I ordered jerk chicken knowing that it could be spicy. It was over the top for me. The maitre de came by and saw me struggling, took it back and custom made me a dish to my liking. My... More

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast after missing our hotel's free breakfast. We both ordered breakfast sandwiches and I had an iced coffee. It was very nice, but a tad warm on the back patio. It was a cute little shop and the coffee was well worth it!
