Great every time we go!!

The owners ensure the details are refined, and do their best to bring a joyous and gay atmosphere. Vacationers will love coming in the evening with live music almost every night. Menu is a little small, but everything on the menu is very well done!!

Did not realize that this place is known for its breakfast and lunch. Came for dinner and got the beef tenderloin that was nothing special... I wanted fish tacos that I read on the reviews but was disappoint to find out they were only on a separate lunch menu. However, our waited Oscar was absolutely awesome.

This is my third trip to Manuel Antonio and Cafe Milagro is a must for great coffee and breakfast. We had dinner there also and coffee rub steak is sooo amazing. Adrianna and staff always are welcoming. You can buy coffee to take home in her gift shop.

It's a great place for vegan people! TheY have many vegan dishes especially in the lunch menu. The atmosphere in the restaurant is good and they have a band (that sometimes plays to strong). The dishes are not very big.

Our family ate here three times. Twice for breakfast and once for dinner. We met the owner Adrienne when we were there for dinner and she was so very engaging and we noticed that she stopped and spoke with just about all the patrons that night! The calamari and chorizo appetizer is really tasty. For breakfast it is a nice... More

Very friendly and cheerful staff. Aside from the fish tacos, which are great, try the Quesadilla. It's served with either chicken or beef. Whatever you order, be sure and ask for their homemade hot sauce. Muy rico, but it's also hot. They also have the best fresh-brewed iced tea I've found in this area. The only downside is the parking,... More

Excellent food, coffee and craft beer. The chorizo and calamari appetizer was really good and their dinner menu was great. I highly recommend this place for any meal of. The day.

The Costa Rican craft beers are simply wonderful and so delicious! The only difficult part is trying to stay away from the tap as it beckons each time we pass it! We are really proud of our fresh and local menu and simply thrilled that you enjoyed. See you again very soon and Pura Vida! More

My family of 5 enjoyed this restaurant twice (and a few takeout items) during our time in Manuel Antonio. Both times service was great and food delicious. Our first visit we were served by Giovanna, originally from Italy, who was patient as we couldn't decide on what to order. We were able to meet the owner on our second trip... More
