Delicious Breakfast!

We were super excited to visit Cafe Milagro after reading the great reviews. We sat in the back outside of the restaurant and enjoyed listening to the birds and looking the beautiful flowers on the property. This is a good place to relax and have a good meal. Back patio has the best seating. Staff is very friendly and they have one of the better gift shops in the area.

Casual restaurant with a tiny little gift shop attached. Went for lunch for the fish tacos and they consisted of 3 tacos. Each had a really good size piece of fish, not chopped or shredded, just whole pieces of fish that were cooked to perfection. Service was great and nice little patio areas in front and back to eat. Honestly,... More

We had a meal here twice. Lunch and dinner. Both were great, well cooked, good produce, nicely presented. The service was great too. This place also has a nice bar with a lovely choice of locally brewed craft ales. Really nice place.

Café Milagro is awesome. We ate dinner there once, breakfast once and dessert / coffee many times during our stay. All were amazing. The wait staff was awesome and the food and coffee is outstanding. Highly recommend this place!

We ate here tonight and really liked it. Service was perfect. We both had pizza. My husband had a veggie pizza which had local fresh veggies such as eggplant and zucchini and I had a pizza that had cherry tomatos, arugula, basil and fresh parm. Both fantastic, but way too much food! Leftover dinner for tomorrow now. Really cute seating... More

They open at 7:00, so you have time for breakfast before the day's activities. They roast their own coffee and have wonderful hot chocolate for the kids. A really great find.

My boyfriend and I were in Manuel Antonio for 3 days and ate 4 of our meals here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all had delicious options, especially their mango salad and jerk chicken! And after two weeks of Imperial and Pilsen, their craft beer selection was a breath of fresh air!
