Food very good. Waitress a bit terse. Not a lot of folks there to deal with so she must not be a morning person. Wife had veggie omelet which was very good as well. Coffee and juice. 2 croissant sandwiches for about 20k local.

We went here first with our 3 teenagers and liked it so much, my husband and I went back by ourselves a later night and enjoyed another great meal and live music in a casual setting. There's no ocean view, but if you're going after dark, it doesn't matter anyway.

Cafe Milagro came to us highly recommended, however we ended up disappointed in the food. We both ordered the Tico breakfast (scrambled eggs and rice&beans), and I was shocked by the blandness of the food...it literally had no flavor! Not the eggs or the rice & beans. Nothing! Not at all what I was expecting from the good reviews. I've... More

Our driver suggested this restaurant for coffee on our way into the Manuel Antonio area. We went back almost every day. They have dinner as well, but we just couldn't get past the great coffee and breakfast, especially with some of the expensive hotel options. Don't miss it!

We are super proud of everything we do and especially Cafe Milagro coffee because that is how we got our start almost 20 years ago. It's our pleasure to share 2 decades of hard work and it feels really nice to be appreciated and knowing we made you happy is the reason we open our doors everyday. You can order... More

The food was delicious, the music was great, and the servers were incredibly friendly and attentive. I had the jerk chicken and my sister had the veggies with quinoa. We also had cocktails, and dessert (brownie with ice cream) with coffee. We enjoyed every single bite and sip. It was one of the more expensive meals we've had since arriving... More

One of the 3-4 best places to eat in Manuel Antonio. The cafe is quaint and cute, impeccably clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Cafe Milagro coffee is the best in Costa Rica, but their food is also great. Pork arepas for appetizer and shrimp for entree. Delicious! Would definitely eat here again! In fact, we did. We... More

We ate here last night. There was a guitarist providing excellent music and we were greeted by the owner herself. (She is from Colorado.) We enjoyed the cool avocado soup, the potatoe and pulled pork appetizer. The appetizer had such flavor. For dinner we had beef...which was excellent. The flavoring was succulent. We also had the chicken with jerk sauce... More

My daughter and I came for breakfast and it was as lovely as described by others. The attentive wait staff steered us to the creeps with mangoes and blackberry sauce and they were quite simply yummy and delicious. For those who don't usually eat sweets for breakfast you will experience a bit of a sugar overload. The pancakes with banana... More

My mom and I went to Cafe Milagro several times during our weeklong stay in Manuel Antonio. It's a super cute place with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was always very friendly, the coffee drinks were tasty and presented well. The food was good- not amazing, but better than most of the restaurants in the area. The gift shop... More

We tried several vegetarian options at this place and had no complaints on any of them. The avocado soup was fresh and tasty. The veggie wrap was well made with right combination of veggies and condiments. And the veg quasadilla was good too. The portion sizes were just right - not too much but not too little either. We also... More
