We tried breakfast and dinner and couldn't have been more pleased. Good food, good drinks and a nice little gift shop with fair prices.

Cafe Milagro is one of those restaurants which has proven itself over time. Some restaurants can get away with a nice view, but lack in food quality and service. If there is one restaurant which has been consistently great over a period of numerous years--it's Cafe Milagro! (The coffee is also wonderful!)

Great breakfast! Didn't get the chance to do dinner there, but had drinks and loved the artists that played free music at night.

My daughter and I ordered a chicken wrap and there was not one hair in it but two!! Totally disgusting. The manager said the cook wasn't wearing his hair net. That doesn't cut it for me us. If the cook doesn't wear his hair net that's not our problem! The health department needs to check this restaurant if the manager... More

We are incredibly sorry and embarrassed by this. We take everything we do very seriously and have strict protocols in place. On this particular day a kitchen staff member had recently returned from their break and forgot to reapply their hairnet. It was an unintentional but costly mistake to your experience and to our reputation. This is a trusted member... More

Our teen-aged granddaughter picked Cafe Milagro from the guidebook because she knew that coffee was her grandfather's life blood. Not only was the coffee excellent but we had a wonderful breakfast. It was made even better by reading on the menu what the owners are doing to sustain the environment and save the cute monkeys. Of course we brought coffee... More

I don't normally review restaurants, but Cafe Milagro deserves it! Their food was, hands down, the best we had in Manuel Antonio. We stopped by one day for coffee and kept coming back. I preferred the dinner menu to the lunch menu, and here are a few items I highly recommend. 1. Ceviche: Amazing. Enough said. 2. Patacones: Flavorful with... More

This was one of my favorite places to eat while in Manuel Antonio. Our first night in town we decided to eat here which was one of best decisions. Not only was the food great (it was also 50% off since it was the low-season) but the ambiance was as well. There is live music most nights from 7-9PM and... More

Great little coffee place with absolute great service compared to other restaurants in Costa Rica. Enough choice, very good food, good ambiance, even live music. We enjoyed this very much and came back twice.

The food was the best we had this whole week. We had a group of 16 and return just about every dinner entree, smoothie, and dessert on the menu. The price was spectacular at the 1/2 price "appreciate locals" / off-season price. Very reasonably priced, fresh delicious food, extremely friendly staff and management, great music especially for a Monday night!... More

We ended up bringing coffee home for everyone! It was very very good and the little patio was very cute. I love their story and the atmosphere is great. It's a must go to, especially if you love coffee and want some local coffee, which surprisingly you don't get at the hotels.
