We ended up bringing coffee home for everyone! It was very very good and the little patio was very cute. I love their story and the atmosphere is great. It's a must go to, especially if you love coffee and want some local coffee, which surprisingly you don't get at the hotels.

The food here is great! During the off season of Sept/Oct. the dinner menu is half price which is amazing. The pulled pork corn cakes on the appetizer menu were so good I'd eat them for a meal. Everyone in our group ordered them for appetizers. Friends loved the lunch menu and coffee as well. The owners are present and... More

Food is delicious, nothing fancy about this place, just tasty and that's exactly what we were looking for. we thought it was a bit pricey but still we were happy to eat fresh delicious food and not another tourist trap restaurant where you pay and get awful food.

All in all, a 'very good' (using TripAdv terminology) meal but not as fantastic as others make it seem! I ordered the coco mojito (excellent but a bit short on the rum it seemed), one of the salads (the vinaigrette was a bit bland) and the pork dish (great!). I ended with the coconut pie and, unlike other reviewers, I... More

Thanks for caring so much about your time with us. We appreciate a discerning diner and are glad you could take advantage of the 50% local appreciation dinner special and live music we offer year round and 6 nights a week. The coco-mojito is super smooth so we are not surprised the rum was not the standout in the flavor... More

We just had breakfast at Cafe Milagro and it was EXCELLENT! I had the mango crepes and my husband had a breakfast burrito (although I believe it was called The Mexicana). The coffee was great and my espresso shot was so smooth and delicious. We are looking forward to returning before we leave!

Authentic food and well liked judging by how busy this place gets - we struggled to get a table! The food was tasty but also quite pricey. Worth a try.

We stopped by this place for breakfast and their locally roasted coffee. The staff was very friendly and prices were quite affordable. Food was simple but very tasty. You could tell this place was loved by all their regular customers that appeared to be there most mornings for breakfast. Our server told us that we should come back in the... More

We did look for a casual dining place last night, our first night in MA of our 20 year wedding anniversary celebration weekend. Based on the good Tripadvisor ratings we ended up in Cafe Milagro. The patio (tropical garden in the back) is a more quiet area away from the main sitting area next to the street. There was a... More
