Great local restaurant.

This is usually crowded and is closed on Wednesdays. The service is not fast, but the food is good and prepared very well and worth the wait. I did have a difficult time keeping my water glass filled. And the bill took a while to come. But we were in no rush. Had some great 80's music... read more

When in Manuel Antonio we went to a variety of places to eat. While Cafe Agua Azul was in a good location (and had good views of the sunset), it was small and the service was pretty slow. I would recommend attempting to go before the dinner rush-as you will wait quite a long while for your drinks, food, and... More

We had read the reviews and couldn't wait. The first night we avoided the wait by sitting at the bar around the food prep area. It was entertaining and mouthwatering watching the efficiency and skill of the chef and his team! Our meal was delicious and given what we had seen served we came back the next day to try... More

Went there with the family. The food, service and views were great. We strongly recommend this place, especially for fresh sea food

If you're in the mood for a casual dinner with good quality food, you can't go wrong here. The selection of drinks and food is good. The outdoor atmosphere makes it a casual place and it's not very big, so it can feel a bit crowded. The staff work hard and are attentive, but the place gets packed, so you... More

Another Quepos restaurant that's American owned. The calamari burrito was very good . . . and the 1st one I've ever had. The atmosphere is casual in this open air, 2nd floor, very busy, very friendly venue.

Besides having a great view and an awesome breeze to cool you off after a hot day, this place has bar seating where you can watch the chefs crank out dish after dish of beautiful looking food. We ate dinner there twice had Mahi Mahi in a coconut & macadamia nut crust and seared rare tuna. Both were delish and... More

We waited about an hour for a table for 8. Hot and crowded, even for an open-air restaurant. Understaffed. The bartender's hand were never still; the man is incredible. And he makes a really good pina colada! Unfortunately, that was the highlight of the meal. I ordered a half of a Big A^% Burger. Wasn't asked how I'd like it... More

Everything was amazing. The seafood is very fresh. The staff works really hard to accommodate everyone even thought it gets really really crowded.
