Love Cafe Agua Azul

We ate at Azul on our first night in MA and it was amazing! Great staff, friendly casual vibe and fabulous food! We loved it so much we came back on our last night. Definitely try the cornmeal crusted snapper -- it's to die for!

We ate at this restaurant twice in 4 days and each time the place was packed. I can see why. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I hope to return someday.

The seafood soup 10 500 colones was amazing I didn't want it to end though by the end I was stuffed. The extremely generous helpings of seafood with a excellent tomato base made it exceptional. The chefs rotate so cannot guarantee it will be this amazing but it's well worth a go. All other dishes and their daytime sandwiches for... More

Reviews seemed mixed so was a little skeptical dining here. But was right at the top of the street from our vacation rental so decided to take a chance...glad we did! We were a party of 9 so had to wait to be seated but staff did what they could to shorten the wait. Most meals were very good and... More

Jon and I shared one "Big A.." burger and it was meal enough for two people! In fact another guest came to our table and took a picture of the sandwich. It was really tasty. A super extra treat at this cafe is the awesome view.

After arriving in Manuel Antonio mid-afternoon following a long, three hour drive from San Jose, my husband and I stopped in to enjoy a few cervezas and some nachos while enjoying a fantastic ocean view. While the view was a given, we were pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. We received a heaping order of chicken nachos... More

This has got to have one of the best views in Manuel Antonio! We stopped here mid afternoon after one of our tours to get a bite to eat and were very pleased with the cold, yes cold, beer in a frosty mug, smiling, friendly service and delicious food. I had the panko crusted tuna ( delicious and a good... More

Our hotel front desk staff member recommended this place as it was a short walk from our hotel. So glad she did. We got there early enough to get the last table (it was small, but packed the entire time, with people standing waiting for a table ). The service was prompt. The food was delicious. I ordered a whole... More

Can't go wrong with this outdoor restaraunt. Perfect for lunch! We went here a total of 3 times in a one week vacation with kids. We all loved it!
