We had a lovely evening at Cafe Agua Azul. We enjoyed the open kitchen and fresh, creative food. Everything was delicious. It was dark when we got there, so we couldn't see the view. Judging by the location, it should be excellent. It's small -- I definitely recommend getting a reservation.

We went here twice! The first time for dinner, and the second for lunch. The bananas foster dessert is delicious, and enough for 2-4 people!! Great casual restaurant with great sunset views. Was within walking distance from our resort (Tulemar). Great place to eat!

We ate here with another couple. Small cozy outside dining area. The food was original, fresh and flavorful. We went back to our hotel and spoke of how wonderful everything was and revisited two nights later with 4 other couples!!

The restaurant at our hotel was closed on Sunday night but they recommended we try Café Agua Azul especially because it was both good and within walking distance. We had a large party (11 of us) and so getting seated was hard...but they accommodated us at 2 tables (4 at one, 7 at the other). The place was busy and... More

Good restaurant with friendly staff. It is on the second floor so the view over the ocean is unobstructed and of course allows a breeze to cool things down.

I'm going to be very short and to the point here. I could imagine the view to be amazing but after 6.35pm it's gone so bear that in mind. Mixed feelings about this place. Utterly let down where we needn't have been and totally ripped off. So: Tuna starter was amazing. Best thing about our experience. IF YOU CHOOSE TO... More

We went to Agua Azul for a late lunch during the week - it was great. The view was as amazing as the beer was cold! The fish tacos and tuna wrap were delicious, as were the gigantic burgers our kids ate while there. A great restaurant to hit while in the area!

Had the dinner there in the evening after dark. I am sure it would be wonderful to go for the view, but go for the food. It is delicious! The open kitchen is fun but does make the restaurant very warm. Do not let that stop you, the food is not to be missed. Don't forget to tip the bus... More

Very good fish, we went twice, and they were gracious and accommodating. Very crowded and they do not take reservations, so be prepared to wait with little room.
