My 2 boys and I were in heaven with the beef and chicken. Simple food with great taste if you like meat. Remember to try the special sauce. The boys are 12 and 14 loved the food as well. Staff were so happy to see us and they are keen to please. Oh forgot, my wife enjoyed the Tuna as... More

Okay, after traveling through Costa Rica for a couple weeks, you come to find things are often overpriced and service isn't spectacular for what you are paying. However, Las Piedras is AMAZING!!! The staff is SOO friendly and excited to serve you, and the meat IS SO GOOD! I had fish, and my hubby had beef--both were so juicy and... More

We went back here twice for the argentinian tenderloin, it is the best grilled meat we have ever had. Perfectly grilled at medium and medium rare

Fantastic grilled meat over an open pit. Loud, festive and authentic. Empanadas are just OK. Nice sauces. Plenty of food.

Walked by this place several times while staying in Santa Teresa, it seemed to be quite the hotspot. Finaly gave it a go one night and indeed it was. We had the aregentinian beef, que rico!! Also fun ambiance and super hip music playing. It was packe dthe whole time so probably a good idea to get reservations if you... More

We went to Las Piedras for our last night and it was perfection. The service was the best we ever had in Santa Teresa. Very quick and efficient. Food was great and very tasty. It was awesome to see the meat grilling over coal at the front. It's as fresh as you can get. I highly recommend this restaurant for... More

When you get tired of the wonderful seafood in Santa Teresa, this might be an option. On a huge grill ...meat! Take a table away from the grill or you will bake too. Average prices and... food!

We loved the food and the ambiance at las piedras. The grilled tuna is to die for and the meat is surprisingly good! They grill all the meat and fish on wood fire, which gives the food a great smoky flavor. Their sides are good too, mashed potatoes perfecto! We finished dinner with an excellent homemade brownie.

Las Piedras was at the bottom of the road on which we stayed, and it tempted us daily. We went for dinner one night, and four of us shared one of their platters. We got to try every meat option, had an abundance of sides and great sauces - chimichurri was so, so good! We couldn't finish every bite but... More
