These guys at wishbone, including the owners, are all great people. Very helpful with their great menu, even making things special for a vegetarian. Don't skip out on this place when in jaco. Give them a shot......you will certainly not be disappointed.

Mexican food in Jaco!! I am a lover of Tex-Mex and found Wishbones to fill that need. A variety of appetizers and drinks followed by main course specials. The atmosphere reminded me of a restaurant I once visited outside of Acapulco.

We watched Costa Rica win in the World Cup at this restaurant and the vibe was so fun. The service was great and the food was on point. It's right in the heart of town. I highly recommend dining here.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. It has a great atmosphere and vibe, it makes you feel like you step off of the street into a private location on the beach. The food was delicious and prepared very fast, the service was amazing. The cherry on top was the owner, who comes around to every table to make... More

Service and food was the best since we left Canada. The loaded potatoes were to die for ! The owners and the atmosphere were the best.

Eddy the tourman arranged our tours around jaco beach and we asked him for a good restaurant for dinner, he pointed to Wishbone in Jaco`s main strip. The restaurant was comfortably full with seemingly satisfied customers and the staff was naturally friendly. I ordered the burrito and some of my friends got nachos and some very good pizza, all came... More

We are locals from San Jose and we always come to Caliche's for the best Tuna Poke ever! Grear service, the restaurant could use a renovation but the food is always great and also very well located.

For being 300 mts from the ocean the fish tacos were a disappointment. I think LJS might beat them out. The pizza, quesadilla and local Tico dishes were delicious. Add in a 13% tax and 10% service and it starts to add up. Too many other places with greater value.

We had lunch here in Jaco. Kristen, the owner - who is American, stopped by our table and chatted with us. She is very friendly and gave us some great recommendations not only for our lunch but also for our trip to Manuel Antonio. I had the fish tacos and I think they were close to the best fish tacos... Great, laid-back restaurant in Jaco. Filled with locals. Fresh food and the tuna poke makes history as far as I'm concerned. Must visit if you are in Jaco. If you're lucky maybe you will even meet Caliche. I'm lucky!
