Great coffee"

The coffee at Cafe del Mar is a wonderful eye opener, freshly ground to order, it comes out of the gate swinging in the early am. A must try if you like your coffee strong and black. Good eggs and hammy bacon, rice and beans were on point. My friend had an omelette which was substantial, covered... read more

Friendly outdoor cafe with WiFi and small menu breakfast. Everything was fresh. We had eggs and bacon which is more like ham we are used to in the states

It was the last night with friends & we saw a bunch of Americans eating there. So, we asked them if it was any good & they all said yes. So we stayed and ate 4 great meals all different.

Good food and service. The location right on the beach hearing the waves seems to make everything better. Caters to tourists and their wallets.

Everything was great! Friendly service, and bilingual. Some of us had breakfast, some lunch. Everyone was very happy with their food. Very good portions and good prices. We will definitely be back!

We order a couple of burgers and the food was just tasteless. Bad fries and the burger looks like one you can just buy at the frozen section in the supermarkets. Not recommended.

My fiancé and I stopped at Cafe del Mar tonight, asking if they had any desserts. They had several options and I decided to try the tiramisu. In short, it was the best tiramisu I have ever had. And i have tried many. I would recommend it to anyone who likes tiramisu, and even to anyone who does not. My... More

We usually went to Cafe del Mar for breakfast when we stayed in Jaco and were never disappointed. I loved their coffee, both my husband and I thought it was really good. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, we were always very happy with it. I would recommend trying it and I know when we go back to Jaco, we... More
