Coffee Shop and breakfast place

This little spot on the main drag south end of town is delightful. They have good coffee (didn't find bad coffee anywhere tho as this is one of Costa Rica's home grown treats) and good breakfast. There are only about 6 tables but we never had to wait (went twice0. It was friendly and good. Prices... read more

While I am not an expert on Jaco, I do know a good breakfast, and this certainly is one. The location is recessed about a 100' feet of the main street so you have to pay attention. The location is very clean and neat. Service is prompt and helpful. We had the "American Breakfast". The eggs were cooked perfectly. The... More

had a late breakfast, great homemade bread, and an above average breakfast. great service too. Downside is that there is a limited menu.

we have stopped in for coffee and cinnamon buns and also for breakfast. First of all, the cinnamon buns are terrific, made fresh daily by the owner, a friendly expat Canadian who seems to enjoy sharing her love of her adopted country. The breakfast was also good, served promptly, with both American and Tico choices. I loved my rice and... More

The sandwiches on homemade whole wheat bread are so good! Attention to detail in everything down to crispy lettuce and juicy tomatoes. The owner takes pride in serving quality food, she prepares everything as if she were serving it to her own family. The cinnamon rolls are famous around the area too so make sure you stop for breakfast or... More

....a great meal, fresh breads and delicious home made cinnamon buns, in downtown Jaco. The location has moved from it's former spot; still on the made road but set back somewhat, beside the Mas o Menos. Owner is Canadian and has all sorts of stories about her many years in Costa Rica. Prices are very reasonable.
