Wonderful dinner- very unique dining experience. The power for the whole town went out while we were there for dinner one night- they lit some candles and still brought our dinner in a timely manner. only downside to power outage is that we didn't get to see the plate presentation of the food- but it was really good!

I loved the atmosphere, the food, and the music. The staff is lovely and Stashus offers a different option to local Tico food on your trip to Puerto Viejo. We traveled Costa Rica for three months and Stashus is definitely in our top 3 favorite restaurants.

you can get a variety of DELICIOUS dishes for many tastes. The steak is the best! super tender and really well prepared. we also loved the veggie green curry, the perfect amount of spice balanced with a subtle sweetness... their cocktails are also the BEST! ginger rum and tamarind mojitos! YUM!
