We had breakfast 3 times in this quaint little restaurant. The food is very fresh, organic eggs, homemade breads, delicious waffles, great coffee. I definitely recommend this restaurant. They also serve lunch but we only had breakfast there. You will not be disappointed.

The breakfast and Bread and Chocolate is amazing. Grab a breakfast sandwich made with quality local ingredients and wash it down with a french press coffee. Just be sure to take home a piece of cake or a dessert for later.

Had pulled chicken bbq jerk sandwich and a turkey bacon sandwich (both 3700 colones). Jerk chicken one was a bit too sweet for me (mainly because the pineapple inside was so ripe) but the turkey bacon one was lovely. They also come with a choice of side: salad, potato salad or fruit. Service was friendly and it is a nice... More

My daughter ordered the MATTwich and could not get enough. The homemade cream cheese was unbelievable! Odd course we had the real ice cream milkshakes and chocolates to... More

The food was totally awesome. Gets a little packed, but the coffee and the fresh juices are worth it. The carrot cake muffin is just about the best one I've ever had.

We stopped here multiple times during our stay in the area. The breakfast food was delicious and this was definitely one favorite place in the area. They also had ice cream which was great on a a hot afternoon.

Stopped here for brunch on my trip to Puerto Viejo and food was good, I ordered the iced mocha coffee and the creamy scrambled eggs with potatoes and a biscuit, unfortunately I found 2 hairs in my eggs.. I tried the chicken jerk sandwich and it was pretty good, the brownies were awesome and the restaurant is really cool! The... More

Everything is delicious, the service is friendly and fast, and the coffee is amazing. Here's a hint: get the mint-chocolate brownie on the way out. You won't regret it.
