Great bar with excellent staff- very attentive and know how to make a great drink. I've been here a few times and they always have new specials and a wide variety of beverages. The view is amazing and the vibe is perfect. If you're in Tamarindo, you have to check out this bar!

I spent 2 months in tamarindo and by far bar1 was my favorite and I loved everyone who worked there!!!

We spent 8 days in Tamarindo and went out every night. No matter what was going on, we always ended up at Bar1. Best Drinks. Best Sushi. Best Atmosphere. You'd be silly not to check this place out. Oh, and not to mention it has an incredible view!

The DJ played awesome music... The sushi was good/fresh and we got a sweet half price deal on it by ordering between 11 and 12... The drinks were strong and very reasonably priced... Bar1 has great sushi, great drinks, Super good music, and an very chill laid back atmosphere, but if you wanna party, just ask the DJ and they will turn it up for you. Who does that? THey make everyone feel very welcome and with the only two pool tables in Tama, you can't go wrong with Bar1!
