my visits to Tamarindo for my wife and I require a visit to Gils. Great breakfast and great conversation. I suggest everyone start off the day with breakfast in Costa Rica and this is a good place to start. more

Gil's is the place to go for the best burrito you will ever eat! For breakfast-amazing menu. For lunch-amazing menu! I could eat there everyday. This is the reason I come to Tamarindo (that and the great surf). 3700 colones is a great big burrito and a soda. All you need, really. more

Not only is Gil (the owner) awesome, but so is his breakfast menu! Great breakfast "burritos"! Luckily Gil's was very close to where I stayed, but it may be a little walk for others. Definitely worth the walk.. great great food! more
