We went for a meal with another couple and were very impressed. I'd go as far to say that this was our best meal during our stay in Tamarindo. The service was attentive and efficient and the tables are all set around the swimming pool, which adds a little to the ambience. I had a seafood risotto and it was... More

We've been going to Seasons since it first opened (because we knew Shlomy was an excellent chef) and the food never disappoints. Reasonably priced, it is a favourite of locals. Note no credit cards - cash only.

We tried this restaurant since we were staying at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and so were the drinks and dishes. Even the bread was warm and tasty. It is hard to find the place, if you are not staying around the area, but it is definitely worth the 10 minute walk from the center.

We decided to eat out at a more high end restaurant atleast once for our trip and since this was so highly rated we picked this place. The place is open air so it was a little stuffy in where we were sitting but the scenery was nice. The menu looked good but everything we ordered fell very flat. We... More

I'd read about Seasons in my Lonely Planet guidebook, but I never expected to be bowled over by the food I consumed there. An incredibly delicious gravlax--who serves this dish in Central America!!--and had a BBQ sesame chicken that proved that food can melt in your mouth. It was soft, delicate and out-of-this-world delicious--the best I've EVER eaten (I'm not... More

Nothing but high marks for this restaurant. A lovely dining patio staffed by attractive and friendly servers starts you off on the right foot. Cocktails were generous and well made. The menus is not extensive, but there is something for everyone. The taste and quality of the food is excellent, and the dishes are creative. Portions are generous. We highly... More

We had heard great things and were looking forward to dinner here on our final night in tamarindo but our waitress a as unfriendly, service was rushed and we were a party of 5 - all ordered different things and I would say the food was just average unfortunately.

We had the seared tuna and tenderloin entrees the first night and came back the next evening for the Mahi Mahi. The wine was great, the service was personal and effective and the chef visited the patrons to solicit feedback and ensure satisfaction. I can't wait to return to Costa Rica just to eat here!
