Super friendly bar, nice breeze

Super friendly bar, nice breeze, lovely new owners. Great place solo or with friends. Hear the food is good, too.

My boyfriend and I just returned from our 10 day stay in Tamarindo. We ate at Khahiki 5 times while we were there for breakfast. The food and service is amazing. I highly recommend

A sports bar, open setting. The new owner, Bastian, a delight. Offering,Tapas, burgers, fish and a variety of specialty drinks. Casual, and comfortable.. I know Bastian has some changes in mind, but it can only enhance the already yummy...

Good service, nice place to stop in a quiet area for some tapas. Food was good but nothing too special.

It was such a relaxing place and the food was very tasty. 3 of us had the breakfast burrito which was delicious and kept us full until dinner! the other person in our group had the Yankee breakfast and was... This has changed ownership in past year. I was preparing myself for a meal let down as it seamed a little unorganized. My wife and I were surprised at the quality of food. Now offering Tapas we shared the platter for two. It was very filling and made fresh with great variety. The old style typical menus of the bar... More

After four years of visiting Tamarindo, Kahikis became our favourite restaurant so this year we brought our family of eight and were very disappointed. It is under new ownership so may take some time to settle down. They have changed their whole menu which is fine. They have gone from a Mexican theme to tapas. Our main complaint is there... More

Let's see what the new management does with this opportunity. The food wasn't too bad, nothing exceptional. The prices was good. They had only been open a couple of weeks. We were the only diners. They still didn't even have a waitress.

The chorizo mussels are a must-have. Others in the restaurant seemed confused about what and how much they should order. I understand the new owners might be just finding their... More
