This is the towns best bakery. I go here every few days to get fresh (often warm) bread and pastries. It is located on the main street. There are some table outside to eat your pastries and have a good cup of coffee. If you happen to need a birthday cake or custom made baked item this is the place... More

Stopped in one morning for something to take with me back to the airport. Got a doughnut with white frosting and a ham and cheese sandwich. Both were tasty for just 1600 colones or about $3 US combined. My spanish isn't great but I was able to point out what I wanted easily. Good stuff.

We stopped in twice to grab a quick sweet treat and coffee to go. We had the pound cake which was moist and very tasty. Coffee was good and we felt like it was a very good value.

I purchased a doughnut and a caramel flaky for my friend & I for breakfast the day we leave for the airport. So we ate them the next day and they were still sooo good. They were very large pastries for which I only paid 1200 colones total (Less than $2). Everything looked fresh and delicious and the staff was... More

We love this place for its fresh baked goods that are made on site. It is a local favorite in Playas del Coco and VERY affordable.

I love the pastels and sandwiches at this spot. I don't have much of a sweet tooth personally but I'm sure their pastries are yummy as well. Everything is baked fresh on sight and prices are very affordable. I often find myself going back here for a snack.

After reading several reviews we had to stop in and OMG, the coconut balls are delicious. They taste just like macaroons and they are the size of a tennis ball. The apple pastries and cinnamon buns are great too. There's no air conditioning and really no where to sit but don't let that stop you from grabbing a little treat.

My family was in Coco for a week, and we stopped numerous times at this little bakery because everything we purchased there was excellent. We would highly recommend this bakery.

This is not far from where my family stayed at the Pacifico. We went in on a whim and left with a coconut ball and a round loaf of bread with powdered sugar and cinnamon apples in the middle. We've been back 2 more times and love it. They don't speak much English and can be busy. Waiting patiently is... More
