This restaurant is open from 6 am untill after dinner. The food is very good and the prices are also fair. You can pay in Colones or in american currency. The crepes are delicious and the coffee is absolutely a man's style coffee.

Of course other restaurants have gluten free fare- a salad for example, but this is specifically gluten free crepes. And they were lovely. Lovely and enjoyable describes the atmosphere, the food, and the staff; Very personable. Reasonably priced.

Signage stated waffles, but they actually didn't have them and still kept the chalkboard sign out the entire week we were there. On another occasion we went there and the French toast was mushy, although they did provide another order. Not bad, but nothing to write home about either

I don't know about their American breakfast but the gallo pinto with eggs was delicious. My waiter Rafael made fun of my mangled Spanish, all good-heartedly, of course. A nice courtyard setting for a relaxing meal.

I went there and had possibly the best crepe ever! The lady who works there is so kind! I talked to her every day and had a great time, I always wanted to go to Luna de Plata to eat a crepe and speak to this heart warming lady. I heard there is filet mignon in the evening, sadly i... More

Good location (near where I was staying), gluten free crepes and nice staff - simple food - nothing to write home about.

My wife and I ate breakfast here in the middle of our stay in CR. the service was friendly, good coffee, incredible flavors! If there was any negative, it was the price. On the other hand, I would be happy to pay the same for crêpes this good at home. Make sure to bring cash, preferably Colones.

My wife and I were very hungry one morning while in Playas del Coco and ended up at Luna de Plata where we both had a pancake crepe. My wife had the smoked salmon while I had the "American" which included eggs, potatoes and sausage. What an incredible breakfast and a neat little find as this restaurant is tucked away... More
