Thanks for our first night in La Fortuna! We had a drink or two and shared a thin crust pizza. The service was good and price was right. Comparable to what you'd pay in the US.

My husband loves pizza so we headed out to Anch'io's. This place has nice open air seating, the waiter was very courteous and professional and spoke English. We ordered the margherita pizza and the tomato, basil and mozzarella salad. The food was yummy and as we expected, because this is a trendy little place the bill was a bit higher... More

The little ones wanted pizza so we ended up at this Anch'io. Overall, I would say if you dont need to have pizza, you can give this place a pass. (and personally we didnt need to have it, it was the kids who were OD'ing on the rice and beans and wanted something else) The food was meh - we... More

We had a very warm welcome and some great, thin-crust pizza. The staff speaks English quite well, and you can even order dessert from the bakery next door if you want more options than the restaurant offers.

Pizza was awesome. Service was even better. Setting is right next to the road, so it's not a perfect setting, but the food and service make it worth it. I would head back to this place in a heartbeat. We had 4 different pizza's and they were all great! Don't drive by this without stopping.

Had some pasta and pizza here, which was quite authentic Italian and very tasty. The service was very friendly and helpful, so we can recommend this place to anyone looking for fine Italian food in La Fortuna.

My girlfriend and I stopped here for an early dinner while in the Arenal region. We sat on the patio, where we greeted by a terrific waiter who spoke excellent English. While we sat on the patio, looking at the beautiful mountains, rain began to pour all around us, but we stayed dry as we watched the people on the... More

We had the pleasure to enjoy a great Italian pasta and calzone with a glass of wine in Anch'io. The waitress was super friendly and from the start we felt very welcome. The portions are huge (and you receive a complementary salad and garlic breads). I definitely recommend it!
