Good food

The food was very good. We tried both the pasta and the pizza. I wouldn't recommend you to have wine there. They serve you a big glass but the taste is not really good. The environment is also very nice.

My boyfriend and I took a taxi to go to the restaurant, we didn't have a car and our hotel is closer to the volcano. We loved the deocration as it is surrounded by trees and beautifull plants and flowers. The food was really good, we had a salad for starters and the Especial pizza. They had bread served with... This restaurant was located just minutes from our hotel. We decided to have dinner here. The outside is lovely, covered with vines and flowers. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful when we couldn't understand half of the menu (mostly in spanish). Our group of 4 each decided to order a pizza. None of us had a complaints. They have... More

Had two pizzas (Especial, and the Ham and pineapple), and both were fantastic. Great wood oven flavor and consistency of crust. We were able to share each "personal" pizza among two people, so 2 pizzas fed 4 easily. This made food very reasonable. Plus drinks were well prices, especially juices..get the maracuya (always one of my favorite fruit juices)!

Just came from Rincon volcano area. Starved ourselves because the food was so bad. I'll write a review on that later though. With that I was so happy to eat here. Little pricey but the quality is there and quantity is there as well. Ordered the special pizza. Ingredients were plentiful and pizza dough thin, crisp and chewy. Also ordered... More

The pasta is very good, I recommend Fetuchini Alfredo, the pizza is not so good, prices are ok comparing with the other restaurants in the area.

We were a bit concerned about trying an Italian restaraunt in Costa Rica.. However,we were rewarded with great food and friendly ,efficent service and a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The meu is written in Spanish but our waitress,Karen, helped us and it was hard to make selection from the many choices of pasta and Pizza. We all decided to share a salad... More

My wife and I stopped by Anch'io today for a light dinner. We weren't overly hungry and looking to keep the cost of our meal reasonable even though we were eating out. We opted for waters to drink, and got the jamon (ham) pizza as our main dish. The pizza was thin crust and was just delicious. Eight slices in... More

I came here for lunch with my boyfriend. The pizzas are oven baked and only come in one size (personal), but it should be enough to share with two people. The food is excellent, and reminds me of authentic Italian food. I would recommend checking it out for a fancy lunch / evening out in la fortuna. Pura Vida!
