We enjoyed two meals here and even though the place specializes in meats, while we are vegetarian, we really liked everything we had! we had freshly made plantain chips which were warm and yummy. then some nachos which were great too and then a vegetarian plate which was delicious! i would totally go again!

We did not have a whole lot of time before our horse back riding tour, but were hungry enough to eat a horse! Stepped into this restaurant, and gestured to the cute waiter about our time constraints (without really knowing enough Spanish) even though they were otherwise operating in true Costa Rica style i.e. in a relaxed manner, he got... We stopped to have lunch at this open air restaurant on our way to Lake Arenal. The place was half eatery and half souvenier shop. The server could notbe bothered to take our order, we had to call her overThe food was okay and waaaay overpriced for what it was, a meal of fish, rice, beans and a small side... More

Food was average and made for the western palate. Every extra tortilla is charged and so is the Pico-de gallo Drinks were watered down and additional charges applied to special orders of alcoj=holic drinks if you did not want them watered down!

Went here for dinner. I tried the "today's special pork ribs". They were good, but not special in any way. My girlfriend had a sirloin steak that was really tasty and also very well cooked. Asked for rare and it was nice and pink inside.

Would not go again. Slow service, kitchen not more than average. A typical soda will get a more authentic food with a better service at a lower price.

Great open air (with roof) Tico restaurant. The grilled food is hearty and plentiful. Price is quite reasonable.

After a fun morning of ziplining we ventured to La Fortuna for lunch. My daughter really wanted an authentic lunch and this place hit the spot. The service was great and the food delicious. I had a special of pork ribs smoked over an open fire. It was friendly and clean and I would highly recommend it.
