The service was good, the service great. Family oriented place, many things to choose. Steaks are very good, just be careful with the jalapeño sauce, a bit too spicy.

Always more than a few tables full, this sidewalk eatery was fun to eat at during a heavy rainstorm. Made a meal of their chorizo and cheese appetizer, husband thought it was incredible, their burritos are very good, don't over-order, everything is very filling, prices seem a little higher here than in other parts of town but it was convenient... Amazing selection. Excellent value. I had the "tipical" meal with grilled chicken. My family had burritos. After a long hike to La Fortuna Waterfall, this meal hit the spot! The coconut flan was heavenly! And as I went up to the open grill to snap a photo of the pork that was roasting on a spit, the servers and cooks... More

We live in Costa Rica and have come here a few times over the years, but this is the first time I recall the prices being quite high. I'm not sure if they raised them or if I just forgot, but even a basic burrito on a plate was about 6000 colones (around $12), which seems pretty expensive for what... More

I paid $8 for a chicken quesadilla appetizer. It tasted great, but it was no frills. No enchiladas on the menu. Open air, nice atmosphere.

We wanted Mexican Food during our trip. We had fajitas, tacos, nachos, and quesadillas. All of it was pretty good. The chips and salsa are not free as they are in the states. We ordered some for around $8. They were decent. I would agree with others that it seemed a bit pricy for what we got, but it was... More

We stopped here for lunch and had a decent meal - but the prices seemed a bit high for lunch. Service was average. Open air restaurant (as is typical).

This restaurant is not the greatest. Not only is it pretty overpriced the food is really not good at all. I would pass on this one and look for another! Try Novilittos, you wont be disappointed!!!

I'm not a fan of mexican food, but this place was really different. It's not cheap, but the food is delicious. I didn't care about the money because the tuna and gringa we ate there were really tasteful. I really have to come back here soon!

I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, the food is decent enough, but nothing special. Ambience? None.
