The food, specifically, the chicken was tasteless and at 7.95 for a half chicken it is ridiculous.Costco has ruined us all with their delightful whole chicken for 4.95.This joint makes Denny's look like Ruth Crist.Trust me on this one eat next door,at the airport or out of a vending machine(maybe a dumpster)

The sandwich I had was poor quality and overly sweet to my taste. Perhaps if you like American fast food it's ok, but I wouldn't recommend it. But what was really bad was that my fruit juice had dirt in it. I didn't realise until I reached the end of the glass and nearly choked on the dirt. Very poor... More

My associate and I went out for a quick lunch. aRosti is a fast food place with a few outlets in San Jose. We orderwed a lunch platter which arrived very quickly and was hard fried. The black beans were a slurry with little texture but the plaintain were good. The meal stayed with me for several hours. Service was... More

My husband and I stopped her for lunch after landing in Costa Rica and picking up our rental car. A fellow Trip Advisor had recommended it as a good lunch stop in the area and it was very convienant since it was literally right in front of our car rental office. The restaurant was open-air and we could see into... More

Our server did not speak a lot of english but we made due. The food was very good. We all ordered something different. I had the Chicken Strips, very tender and juicy there were also 3 sides. More food than I could eat. Chicken lasagna, black bean soup, a chicken sandwich, chicken with rice. all good.

This is our first stop when arriving in CR. We are usually starved and weary so a quick stoll over to Rosti's for a cold brew and delicious, authentic food always puts us in vacation mode.

We started out with corn on the cob that was good and then had a tablita with rosted chicken, avocado, beans and salsa. It was very plain. They needed Mexican cooks. Try the crystal cake it might get you excited.

We went to Rosti Pollo for a quick bite to eat. I usually have two beers before I start eating. For this, you have to order everything you like right at the beginning. Because they will never, ever come back to ask if you like another drink or anything else before the food arrives. When the food arrives, you have... More

I have eaten at this location a couple of times during my visits to CR to spend time with the in-laws. If you are expecting the usual CR service from this restaurant then head somewhere else. We went here today because of a coupon offered by the hotel from this location. After we ate, we were told that they would... More

This is Costa Rica's chain restaurant for chicken... and it is very good! Not your KFC fried bird but a very tasty rotisserie chicken with local side options. There are many locations... I like the one off the walking mall in San Jose but this one is a great spot to fill up before those 5 oz soft drinks that... More
