I love the chicken porcini calzone! Incredible! And more than my daughter & I can eat together! We always save a little room for dessert, because missing their white chocolate bread pudding with raspberry sauce would be a shame!

OMG the food was incredibly delicious! Loved the decor and atmosphere. All employees were incredibly courtious and friendly. Wish this place was back home in Ohio. Can't say enough good things about this place....just AWESOME!

My husband & I have heard for years how great this restaurant was & it did not disappoint us one bit. We split 2 appetizers, the three cheese tort (ricotta, feta & parmesan cheese filled with layers of sun dried tomatoes and pesto) which was super delicious tasting and the pizzarotti (thin crust pizza brushed with olive oil and topped... Ate dinner here late one night and had the veal scaloppini. Everything about the meal was very tasty, from the salad to the veal to the pasta, although there really was not much veal, but this was balanced by a very reasonable price. The other people in my group were also happy with their meals; no complaints from anyone. We... More

Everything I've ever had here is always delicious! Service is always friendly. Gets very crowded on Friday and Saturday nights (up to 2 hour wait). The meat lasagna is amazing, and I normally hate bread pudding, but it is to die for here!

The food is excellent. The prices are reasonable. Service is good but be prepared to wait 1-2 hours on football weekends. This is the norm around Tuscaloosa though.

Had a great dinner with friends here. Excellent service, excellent food and very reasonably priced. If you are in downtown Tuscaloosa this is the the place to eat.

This was my third visit to DePalma's. All experiences have been excellent. The pricing is very affordable for high end cuisine and the quality is exceptional. I had the Gorgonzola filet recently and lobster and crab ravioli special on my last visit. The others in my party have eaten varied items from simple spaghetti and meat sauce, salmon Caesar salad,... If someone had told this NY'er I'd get some of the best Italian food of my life in Tuscaloosa I'd have called them crazy. But I did. From the stuffed mushrooms, salad, cold anti pasti to the pastas and white chocolate bread pudding, everything everyone in my party had was delicious. And the prices and service can't be beat. I... Always consistent, tasteful, well prepared meal. Busy place. A bit noisy at times, but friendly and warm, down to earth. Good wine selection too
