The food is excellent. The prices are reasonable. Service is good but be prepared to wait 1-2 hours on football weekends. This is the norm around Tuscaloosa though.

Had a great dinner with friends here. Excellent service, excellent food and very reasonably priced. If you are in downtown Tuscaloosa this is the the place to eat.

This was my third visit to DePalma's. All experiences have been excellent. The pricing is very affordable for high end cuisine and the quality is exceptional. I had the Gorgonzola filet recently and lobster and crab ravioli special on my last visit. The others in my party have eaten varied items from simple spaghetti and meat sauce, salmon Caesar salad,... If someone had told this NY'er I'd get some of the best Italian food of my life in Tuscaloosa I'd have called them crazy. But I did. From the stuffed mushrooms, salad, cold anti pasti to the pastas and white chocolate bread pudding, everything everyone in my party had was delicious. And the prices and service can't be beat. I... Always consistent, tasteful, well prepared meal. Busy place. A bit noisy at times, but friendly and warm, down to earth. Good wine selection too

Housed in one of the oldest buildings in downtown Tuscaloosa and serves primarily Italian food, all of which is superb. They always have excellant specials which are a little pricey in relation to the regular menu but provide the opportunity to try something new. Walls are lined with wine bottles ordered with dinner and signed by the diners and eclectic... More

We ate here with our college student son after moving him in to his apartment. I had the Pasta DePalma with chicken and it was delicious. My husband had the Portabello stuffed Ravioli. Our son had the Veal and his girlfriend, the stuffed shells Florentine. The meals were all hot and well seasoned, more than ample servings but we ate... More
