We have been to Tuscaloosa four years in a row and we finally had breakfast here this morning. My muffin was delicious and my son declared his muffin awesome. Strawberry smoothie to finish it off. Will definitely go back when we are back in town.

I thought all scones were hard and lumpy until I had one here! Fantastic! Fresh, soft scones, baked every morning! I also had a wonderful mocha latte that wasn't horribly sweet like the chain coffee shop lattes. Of course there is a bakery case filled with other tempting goodies that I will have to try another time.

If you are anywhere in Tuscaloosa, and want something off the beaten path and unique, here is a taste of Germany that is authentic and worth stopping for. This is made by "real German folks" who know exactly what they are doing. If you like real, and you want unique, here is a nice place to enjoy a pastry and... More

The Jagerschnitzel, which is offered as a Tuesday special, is wonderful. It's comfort food at its finest. I would suggest anyone to try it!

I am rarely let down by Trip Advisor reviews, but this place was a huge disappointment. We went for lunch and should have cancelled our lunch order when we noticed that all the cooking was being done in a microwave. I tried the lunch special which was called goulash. It was really just chunks of barely warmed beef served over... More

After several trips to Germany I was looking for a place like this to try. The coffee and espresso were very good. I wish I would have waited and had lunch here because I saw schnitzel and curry wurst on the menu! Will be back many more times. Loved the German speciality items they had for sale too. Had to... While attending a BBQ cook off in T' Town, a local mentioned Edelweiss and their plum pastries...I don't remember what they are called but we decided to go by and give it a try. It was around 2 pm in the afternoon on a Saturday so it wasn't very busy and the whole area was quite. I hear later at... More
