Several of us were traveling from Birmingham AL to Jackson MS. We had been told to stop in Tuscaloosa and have breakfast at Rama Jama--that it was the best breakfast in Alabama. That sounds like a lot of hype, but I have long enjoyed the "hole in the wall" places because they always seem to serve a better breakfast than... More

Fresh, fantastic cheeseburger, and handmade onion rings. Worth the dietary splurge! Nice to have fresh onion rings instead of frozen from a box.

Cozy Alabama memorabilia filled cafe! We enjoyed a great breakfast before touring Bryant Denny Stadium. The sausage patties were DELICIOUS! Eggs cooked perfectly and the biscuits were light & fluffy. The staff was quick and thorough in prep & delivery. Lots of great Alabama stuff on every inch of the place - the owner, Gary was very friendly - great... More

Rama Jama is a small, quaint little restaurant ajacent to Bryany Denny Stadium. It is an old gas station now being used as a small restaurant. They serve an excellent breakfast and also Hamburgers and other sandwiches. The food is very good. Try their fries banana pudding pie.

This little jem is next to Bryant Denny Stadium. The owner looks a lot like Coach Saban, so don't be fooled when you see him. But if you truly want the Roll Tide experience then this is a must stop.

We stopped by Tuscaloosa to see the campus and stadium on our way through Alabama. We were please that we stopped in Rama Jama for lunch before heading out. This place is stuffed with Bama memorabilia and has a really fun atmosphere. I ordered the champion burger and did not finish that monstrosity, guess I'm not a champion...

We had breakfast here after loading up our child's dorm room. It has a great atmosphere (Roll Tide!), but the food is just average. It's crowded and people were having to clean their own tables. I can only imagine what it's like after a football game.

We ended up at the Rama Jama for breakfast during graduation weekend with a party of 10. The place is just awesome as it is right by the stadium and filled with memorabilia from University of Alabama. The place was packed but we were able to find a table. We were warned when we placed our order it would be... More

Good burgers, in the shadow of football stadium. Lots of football related photos on the wall. Small, with small screened porch area to dine as well. Can get crowded but line moves quickly. Must try at least once.

We ate here for breakfast and loved the location adjacent to the stadium and campus. The people were super friendly and the owner was great. The memorabilia and atmosphere were terrific, but was lacking in cleanliness. We ordered eggs, hash browns and pancakes. They were all just ok, and the pancakes were a little burnt. The coffee was terrible. If... More
