We really enjoyed the salads and soup . My husband had a hamburger that reminded him of his youth . He loved it . The waitress was very attentive and filled our drinks regularly . A great place to stop while traveling !

Food was cold and had to send it back. Service was slow even though there was hardly anyone in there.

The place was dirty and my table hadn't been cleaned. This was late afternoon. The food was not as warm as normal and tasted like it was made hours earlier.

We were eating lunch in the middle of the afternoon. The hotel was not very busy. Still teh service was not fast. I had the Potatoe Soup which was excellent. However, teh Santa Fe Chicken Quesadillas were not very good. They had the smallest amout of cheese I have had in a quesadilla.

I took my family here on Veteran's day. The place was practically deserted despite offering free food to veterans, that should have been a red flag. But we decided to eat there anyways. The employees outnumbered the customers and service was still HORRIBLE. We were seated almost immediately. We asked for a high chair for my daughter, we waited for... More

This place was just ok. We were seated pretty quickly and the drink order was taken and delivered quickly, but the food really had no taste. I had to dress it up. The potato soup was however delicious.

Just a disaster. I've never written a review this bad before but this place requires it. Not to trash the business so much but to allow the owner to take notice and hopefully save his investment. Waited half an hour for drink order to come when there were only 4 other people in the entire restaurant! When drinks came, bar... More

I enjoyed the southwest egg rolls very much. These were the best food and though an appetitzer they could be an excellent choice as entrie. With a salad from a good selection I enjoyed dining at Chillis in Tuscalloosa with my family. Parking was tough and service a little slow, but efficient.

It is great to be able to depend on a "Chain" to be the "same" at any location. We frequent Chilis in Louisiana(Home) and was happy for a great meal, good price and relaxed atmosphere.
