Yes, I know it's a chain - the the value of a chain is that you get what you expect from the same restaurant in other areas - this absolutely did not live up at all. Cocktails, food, took forever. Manager even admitted it seemed bad (to another party)

Usually Chili's Grill and Bar is usually a great place for a meal while traveling. Our food was good and the waitress was sweet, but it took forever. It was 1:30 on Sunday so there were not many people there. Our table was dirty and there were chips all over the floor. Had to clean our seats out ourselves. Don't... More

Typical Chili's. Waitress was nice and professional. Food was very good. And as always, the price is good.

We really enjoyed the salads and soup . My husband had a hamburger that reminded him of his youth . He loved it . The waitress was very attentive and filled our drinks regularly . A great place to stop while traveling !

Food was cold and had to send it back. Service was slow even though there was hardly anyone in there.

The place was dirty and my table hadn't been cleaned. This was late afternoon. The food was not as warm as normal and tasted like it was made hours earlier.

We were eating lunch in the middle of the afternoon. The hotel was not very busy. Still teh service was not fast. I had the Potatoe Soup which was excellent. However, teh Santa Fe Chicken Quesadillas were not very good. They had the smallest amout of cheese I have had in a quesadilla.

I took my family here on Veteran's day. The place was practically deserted despite offering free food to veterans, that should have been a red flag. But we decided to eat there anyways. The employees outnumbered the customers and service was still HORRIBLE. We were seated almost immediately. We asked for a high chair for my daughter, we waited for... More

This place was just ok. We were seated pretty quickly and the drink order was taken and delivered quickly, but the food really had no taste. I had to dress it up. The potato soup was however delicious.
