Service was excellent and the food was pretty good for a chain restaurant. The biggest factor in its favor was that it was close to the Garden Inn.

Went with my daughter during a college visit. Food was okay. Service was poor. They did not get my daughter's order right and didn't seem to care. Also messed up the order at the table next to us.

Service was excellent - food was average but it was close to the hotel. Located in a mall like most of these places.

My visit here was made much more enjoyable than expected. I arrived right at opening and sat down at a table by the bar. My server was the bartender and despite also tending bar took care of my meal and did a great job. The only thing that I could say negative would be I wish the Blooming Onion had've... More

Outback used to be special- not any more. The blooming onion has gotten so small you wonder what you got. The outback special steak was overcooked and not very tasty. Service was good--- this is not the place it used to be, would much rather go the steak place in Midtown

Friday night dinner. Busy but the staff never made us wait. Christian was our server and he is exceptional. The manager is very friendly and we had a wonderful experience. Food was perfectly prepared. Thanks to everyone for making our visit perfect.

Typical chain steakhouse, good food and good service at a good price. We started with the blooming onion then ordered a half rack of ribs, chicken on the Barbie, and a blooming sirloin. All very good. They have lots of appetizers, soup and salad, several favorites listed, from the sea, steak plates, specialty cuts, create your own (cut, temp, side,... More

Steak exactly as ordered-Salad-yummo-sweet potato nice and large. Patient waitor and meal so good we had deserts after-love the brownie explosion best of all. Would not order the carrot cake again- Appreciate the fact the wait time was near exact and no longer than stated. Salad and potato and bread so good I did not even want much of the... More

It has been a while since I have been here, but I understand why you are now the #33 restaurant in Tuscaloosa. You have made your portions smaller while increasing your prices and your entrees are not done as advertised!
