Good Food, Clean Restaurant

The Tuscaloosa, AL Outback is a good Outback. I had the ribeye sandwich and fries along with Red Diamond draft beer. The sandwich and fries were served hot and tasty. The Red Diamond draft beer was good but pricey (almost $10 for one!). The waitress was nice but a little distracted and messed the... read more

Just got a Togo order consisting of two salads. By the time we got home and looked at salads we were surprised and disappointed with the portions for the price paid. The salads were the size of side-salads. Nothing like you'd get in the restaurant. Called manager Faye. She nicely agreed to comp our next visit. Ck your Togo orders... More

I find some Outback food too salty for my taste, so I asked to have the Lobster Tail lightly seasoned and it came out as requested. The loaded baked potato comes with bacon, but they left it off as requested. Our waitress was right on and we left feeling that we would return to Outback eating if they are all... More

Stopped in after driving for hours. Ordered a bottle of red wine and it was the perfect temperature. You may think this is common but unfortunately more times than not, a bottle of red wine is served way too hot. I often think restaurant managers think, if it is red wine, it is ok to store next to the furnace.... More

We have always enjoyed Outback but this trip was a surprise and disappointment. The ladies ordered coconut shrimp but they were dry like they were cooked earlier and left under a heat lamp. Also much more breading than usual. The asparagus were too tough to cut - all except the tips. My pasta was way too to starchy, did they... More

We made reservations since it's usually a packed house on Fridays and Saturdays. I ordered the lamb and it was very very good unfortunately service was super slow. They seemed understaffed. The salads took about 45 min to an hour to come out after we ordered. Then about 20 more minutes the meals were out. Everything was hot and fresh... More

Call ahead reservations was good. We arrived and were seated within 5 minutes on a very busy night. Food was like every other Outback; so if you like outback you will like this one!

The food was below average and the service was only average. But this was the night before a Alabama home game. The place was very busy, we use got on the no wait list which decrease our wait time. only 15 to 20 min for a table. The food quality was below want we have had at other Outbacks. The... More
