Ok... But a bit pricey.

I was here with a group of fiends. The food was ok, but a bit pricey for the portion size. I will give it another go.

We went here for a business dinner and I was less than impressed. We had a party of 9 so I expected service to be slower than normal. Our server did a very good job but it took over 2 hours for our dinner. I had the blackened snapper which was good but my side of grits was cold. My... More

My boss recommended it while I was traveling... I'm glad she did. I had the seafood stuffed mushroom for an app and no lie ordered a second one to take back to the hotel. Followed that up with seafood stuffed pork chop which very nearly knocked off my chair they were so good. And if you stop in ask for... More

I was hungry for seafood so I thought I would give the Tin Top a try. It took forever to find a parking spot, but it was worth the effort. I had the fried oyster plate. The Cesar salad, which was great, a baked potato and oysters fried to perfection. the atmosphere was dimly lit and moderately loud sports bar.

Saw the nightly special on a board in front and decided to have a late dinner here with co-workers. Very good, efficient service, tasty food, good prices (compared to big city restaurants, it's a bargain!) Noticed they had a good wine list with some very nice California options. both by the glass and by the bottle. We enjoyed ourselves, good... More

I took my mother here a few times because she doesn't like spicy things and wants lots of options. This is one of those seafood restaurants that has too many things on the menu to do anything well. Nothing is done disastrously, but it almost feels like eating in an airport. Enjoy!

Disappointed in the direction Tin Top of Tuscaloosa has taken. You had such a good thing going. Is Tin Top wanting to become another Sports Bar?

We stopped in on a Sunday for brunch and it was pleasantly surprising. The food was great and the lunch menu offers lots of value. I have visited additional 2 extra ties to see if it was just a one time special or weekly deal. Everything was the same great food at an affordable price with a pleasant and friendly... More

Honestly I enjoy most restaurants I go to but this place had the worst service! We waited an hour and a half for our table and then another two hours for our food. When the food arrived it was cold and undercooked. Overall I would not recommend anyone eat here.

Love the new location. Twice the size of their last property. Called and made a reservation a week before our meal and was seated when we arrived upstairs. Our ears were ringing when we left after our meal but the service was wonderful. Crab claw appetizer is a must. The fried oyster were delicious along with the Tuna steak and... More
