The fresh fish special, flounder, was delicious. The fried oysters were good, not great as too much breading. The flame grilled oysters were very good but also very heavy on garlic. Our waitress was having a bad night so service not great but she politely corrected all mistakes so got there in the end. Just took awhile to get meal... More

Every time we eat here, it is excellent. The food is delicious, and you get a lot of food for the money. The tuna is awesome! If you're in to healthy food, try blackened or grilled items...they are even more tasty than fried. They have a large salad bar with a great selection of "fixins". The service is always friendly... We stop by here often to grab a bowl of their great gumbo or grilled amberjack. I've never had anything I didn't enjoy. All the servers are great also.

The Oyster House has really good seafood dishes and the salad bar is awesome! My favorite dish is the Shrimp and Grits... No, maybe it's the Grouper and Grits... Or perhaps the Pecan Crusted Grouper... So many good choices.

Great seafood! Fresh, tasty, cooked perfectly. Definitely a place that we'll return to. Comfortable, casual fun atmosphere.

A large group of us called ahead with reservations on a Thursday evening and we still had to wait a long time to be seated. Also, the wait staff seemed overwhelmed by our size and mixed up many of our orders. We all shared several tasty appetizers: friend green tomatoes, fried pickles, and gator. I ordered the bourbon chicken with... More

Our southern vacation began with this casual restaurant, appropriately built on stilts after it was destroyed by Katrina. We went on a Tuesday night, and although they were busy we had very attentive service. We were seated right by the gas grill where the chef makes the specialty of the house, "Flame Grilled Oysters". My husband and I each ordered... More

Very casual, good food and a nice bay view. Get there early. I live the oysters! The staff is very friendly. It is casual so if you are driving feel free to pop in for a good meal.

We went for a family reunion lunch with 2 elderly and 4 middle age people on a Wednesday (Mar 26). The place was very crowded when we arrived and we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. When we got to a table we were greeted appropriately and asked about drinks - all ordered were non-alcoholic and came... More

Good salad bar. Good Service. I dunno if they take reservations but you should consider that during peek times. I have had to wait some but it is always worth the wait. Food is great. Service is great. View of the water is good. They have a party room (I have never used it but it looks quite nice). Prices... More
