I had the occasion to be Selma after having lived there many years ago. The Lannie's on medical parkway is actually Lannie's #2 but is every bit as consistent as Lannie's Bar B-Q spot on Minter, and the sauce is incredible. I was pretty much there when it opened years ago and to tell the truth, very little has changed.... More

I was shocked to see anything less than glowing report of Lannie's. For many years it has been a must stop when rolling through on Hwy 80. I've had most everything on the menu from the stew to burger to Q. NEVER been disappointed. It is not too far off the beaten path and I would recommend it to anyone.

The servers are knowledgable of the menu and helpful in choosing a meal. So I choose the special for 6.99 and my friend chose a BBQ sandwich with greens. Unfortunately the food was not hot, warm at the least. Sad to say there was nothing about the food that I could say is good, besides it was brought to me... More

Take the plunge. Amazing food Great friendly homey service. Santana the manager is fantastic and friendly I felt like at my great aunts house. The food comes out quick and it has an old time taste. The cole slaw was a bit too wet for my taste but I ate it All Anyway I will return.

Great, cheap BBQ joint frequented by locals and run by a very friendly, helpful family. Tangy, but not overwhelming sauce - we had ribs with meat falling right off the bone and delicious, juicy pulled pork. All the sides were delicious except the Mac and cheese, which was a bit goopy and bland. No alcohol served. Highly recommended to anyone... More
