“Carlilie's is now open on US 72”

Carlile's Restaurant has moved and is at a brand new location on the westbound side US Highway 72 between Alabama 35 and County Park Road. All the old favorites are back and in new bright and modern setting. The Salad bar is as good as it ever was. It is nice to have a old friend back. More

read the reviews here and tried to go for dinner. place is closed with a "for sale" sign out front. More

After a visit to the wonderful Cathedral Caverns, near Scottsboro & Huntville, AL, with our 9y/o granddaugheter, we stopped for an early dinner at Carlilse's, partly based on web based reviews. Carlile's Must be the best Restaurant in the world based on Quality of the food, Value & Service. They also serve items you can only get there,ie Tomato Pie, Carlile Burger, Chicken Mignon, really fresh Salad Bar with home-made dressings, & several other items I have not seen anywhere else. More
