This is a definite stop at night for anyone wanting great shots of the Pudong area and especially the towers. It did get really crowded with people having drinks outside. My suggestion is if you want a seat or good spot outside, come earlier than usual. There is a cover charge at the door that includes one drink. Drinks are... More

I did not eat at the Vue, but I only went for a drink after dinner. The bar is quite nice, the entrance reminds me more of France or Portugal than China with all the bottles of wine exposed. Of course they have quite a nice selection of good wine for a reasonable price (considering where you are). The selling point... More

Went there at night to see Puxi and Pudong side by side. View was worth it. Had a great evening with the group I went out with.

We had a superb experience in this restaurant bar in the top of Hyatt on the Bund, the staff super friendly, but the most awesome thing is the spectacular view, one of the of the most amazing of Shanghai.

In terms of views, you can't really beat this in shanghai, as you can see both bund and pudong side, very high, good drinks, obviously a little pricey but worth it if you fancy a drink with a view..service is a bit rubbish, you have to make an effort to get their attention, but we were in no rush so... Was it the great company of my Chinese friends or was it the wonderful food, very good wines and the atmosphere of Vue? Anyhow we all (around 10 together) had an unforgettable evening with fantastic views over the Bund and really well prepared and well presented fresh food. Waiters were great and all the details made this evening very memorable.... More

This short review is of the Vue bar (Tripadvisor does not provide it separately), wich is on the top floor of Hyatt on the Bund. We spent just 35 minutes there before visiting Xindalu at 6 pm. #1 Dry Martini, no doubt, friendly and prompt service, excellent view, reasonably priced drinks. I am not positive about the reason, but we... More

This is one of the best places for business dinners in Shanghai. We had a private dining room which overlooked the Pudung skyline and the view was breathtaking! Great food and staff. Highly recommended.

We went to Vue for our anniversary, which I mentioned on the phone when making the reservation. They put us at a table that seats 6 people. Hmmm. The service was absolutely horrendous. We first waited 15 min to order, nobody was checking if we wanted any additional drinks/food. Then after we finished we had to wait 25 minutes for... More

Since this restaurant on the 30th floor of the Hyatt Hotel which is at a bend in the Huangpu River, you get a fantastic "vue" of both the Bund and Pudong from the outdoor bar. If you are not registered at the hotel, there is a 100 RMB charge. But since a glass of wine is included, the cover is... More
