Description: Mr & Mrs Bund – Modern Eatery by Paul Pairet. A modern French eatery. Relaxed chic atmosphere, heritage Bund location.Mr & Mrs Bund is French, in the manner of Chef Paul Pairet: born, traveled, and globally stamped. Contemporary, but not stuffy. Relaxed, without sacrificing an ounce of chic. We serve populist French favorites, through Pairet's looking glass. Service is family-style, recast for a modern table, and the wine list includes 32 wines by the glass. We riff on classics, we dish up comfort cuisine, and we serve it just like you would Sunday night dinner – sharing-style, and with plenty for seconds. It's a straightforward menu that takes simple French classics to start, and then let you add and play. Mash-ups: not just for potatoes and DJs anymore. Hours: Dinner: 5:30pm to 10:30pm (Monday to Sunday); Late Night Supper: 11:00pm to 2:00am (Thursday to Saturday)Accolades: No.43 in 2013 & No. 76 in 2014 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants & 51-100 list; No.7 in 2013 & No.11 in 2014 by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants

A magical place with inexpressible atmosphere! From food advise you to try the scallops, necessarily brand salad! But in general, all very tasty. But the service is always on top! Closer to the night include something you can make good photos

Everything...... From the decor and view of Pudong, to the artistic presentation of absolutely delicious food makes Mr and Mrs Bund our hands-down favorite on the Bund. A really top spot (surrounded by other great eateries in the area) that deserves the acclaim. Whether an intimate evening, or big dinner party, you won't be disappointed!

Whenever we have the chance, we would be lunching (privately) or dining (usually for business) at MM Bund, though the lunch menus are excellent value and we regret the fact that they have been closed for renovation till Spring 2015. My favourite waiter is Romeo and if you are just 2 you can ask to be seated near the windows... More

Definately a must go restaurant/bar for anyone visiting or living in Shanghai. Mr and Mrs. Bund is classy, nice decor and a fantastic view of the bund. I was very impressed by the steamed fish and the caramelized lemon dessert was so good my girlfriend ordered 2! The place isnt cheap but it isnt over priced either. Definately get what... More

We had to book the table one week in advance, We went to this restaurant with a group of friends who live in Shanghai and recommended this restaurant. This is a fun place to visit. The menu is enormous, lot of funny dishes well prepared with good taste. The short ribs are delicious as the lamb shank. Little overpriced winelist but that is China today. Try to get the window table with view over the Pudong skyline.

I have been there last month to celebrate my friend's birthday. We booked the host table which is in the middle of the restaurant. It was perfect table for us as we were a big group. The service was very attentive and professional. The food was amazing! We had the set menu to share which created good family feeling among... More

We visited with the family (2 adults and 2 kids). We made a booking so were given a nice round table (a bit too big-for 8 people so we were scattered and sparse but anyway). The service was painfully slow, anyway, we ordered pasta and chicken and corn soup for the kids. The pasta was un-cooked and the corn was... More

I was here on New Years Eve with my girlfriend. Unfortunately we got here a little late and they had finished serving food, and there weren't any free tables. However, the staff were very helpful and refunded the 400rmb we'd paid to enter. The food looked great, as did the views across the river. At the end of the day... More
