good simple food thats fresh and healthy. ask for it how you like it. they will do what they can to help or cater for your needs. Staff are great and any location is the same menu and service class it seems. cocktails, coffee juices it doesnt matter what time of day. it fits in.

I had the 'Cowboy' brekky. Good. Included steak, omelette, hashed veggies. Bottomless cup coffee. I also had a smoothie. Everything was great. Location wonderful for chilling in the park amongst the tai chi and trees.

Element Fresh has a great look and feel inside the restaurant. We went to the one in Super Brand Mall in Pudong. It was just ok. At the that price it's about what you would expect to get.
