I have been going to Jim's restaurant since 1966 I love the service and the food the paintings on the wall or something to look at makes me want to sit at a different table every time I go

Not impressed. The hamburger was requested with "everything" on it. I guess it was lucky it was ordered that way or it would've come without a bun and cheese. Not my idea of everything. The French fries were cold and limp from grease and mighty few of them. Not worth $3.00 extra. Small portion of fish and it was the... More

Good home-style cooking and excellent-friendly service. The atmosphere was relaxing and had a certain "down home charm."

Excellent food and friendly service. Nothing fancy, just great food and plenty of it. Whether you're in the mood for cornbread and greens or a cheeseburger and fries, Jim's has got you covered. Try it just once, and you'll be hooked!

Jim's is a typical small hometown diner, nothing fancy. Good, home-cooked Southern food and great daily specials.

We had breakfast here. The service was friendly. Food was on par with IHOP. Some carbonation line had broken and was making quite a racket... really loud and irritating while trying to conversate and enjoy a meal. Will probably try this place again, but not overly impressed. The scrambled eggs were really good.

I have tried other club sandwiches and chef salads in this area and Jim's by far has the best! Both the Salad and sandwich is served with the same thick slices of ham and turkey as well as fresh crisp bacon and juicy tomatoes. The same delicious sliced cheddar cheese that is served on the club is also on the... More

Jim's has been around for a long time with family management as well as a wait staff that almost knows everyone by name. Traditionally a meat and three but the fried chicken is just delicious. When I asked how they did it, the Manager would not commit but said it did have something to do with buttermilk!! Always a favorite... More

Southern cooking at its best. Don't be misled by its appearance! No frills, but friendly service and comfort food in a casual setting. Tasty meat-and-three at a good price...that's why it's been in business since the 50s!
