Good BBQ

My husband and I love a good BBQ place and Moe's is a good one. I had the meat loaf special and he had the pulled pork. Both were good. The place is not very big, so there is limited seating inside. My favorite thing about Moe's is that they serve Pepsi products. A rarity in the South where... read more

Above average, very moist and tastey pulled pork. The ribs cooked perfectly, fall off the bone....a quick eat in, better suited for to go orders. Large portions, fantastic side orders a very good value...the staff could be a bit more friendly. Would order to go next time.

We had the pork sandwich with two sides and a drink. It was all excellent. We ate inside. There isn't much room inside but there are some tables outside and it seemed that they had a lot of carry-outs. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. A real down home place with good food and great... More

We stop for a night at Orange Beach, Florida and we were famished. One block from our hotel was this place so we went and were not disappointed. My husband and I both selected the pulled pork sandwich. It was amazing - not dry, not fatty, great meat and good flavor. The BBQ sauce is very good (we tried the... More

I got the small ribs. I didn't care for the BBQ sauce because I like the more deep red sweeter sauces, which they didn't have. They only have one type and it is a light red/orange color. One suggestion would be to have several types of sauces available. The corn bread and baked beans where very good. If I liked... More

There were 7 of us that went here together and I really wasn't impressed. It is very busy and small and crowded. The food was ok. You don't get much meat on the chopped beef sandwich. You pay over $5 for a little chopped beef sandwich and my 9 yr old didn't even get filled up. The sides are very... More

We wanted to try this because we love bbq. It was just okay. The bbq was fine and if I had put some sauce on it the taste might have been better. The Mac and cheese was just average but we really liked the baked beans. I agree with the review on the banana pudding - just pudding - no... More

The food is just average! Do not expect much. I had the chicken which was ok, nothing special. The potato salad was a sad attempt, the beans were good. Just a word about the banana pudding -- there were no bananas in mine and it was a waste of calories. If you expect an average meal you will be satisfied.... More

This was directly across the street from our hotel. After a long day, convenience was the order of the day. Ordered a sampler to shared out of some selections, but it was late in the day. Chicken wings and thighs were best. pulled pork was okay, shrimp were good. Price was decent for food received.

We had wings, bbq pork, coleslaw, grilled cheese, and cornbread. The food was so good it made me smack my momma. The staff was very friendly, too. They give you more than enough good, great value.
