The waitress was awesome she did a wonderful job. On the down side the food was not seasoned. And there was a cat running around the restraunt begging for food.

I've been here a couple of times on vacation. The food is nothing great, but sitting outside on the water is nice. Enjoyed watching the boats.

Took the family here for dinner and had an enjoyable time. Excellent Seafood Combo (fried oysters, shrimp and fresh fish) also and their grits and a salad for sides. Very good and plenty of food. The kids had fish tacos that were ok but not the best I have had. One had the fried chicken strips which were very good.... More

We have never eaten at Tacky Jacks in all the years we have come to the beach here. Our traveling party wanted to go so I begrudgingly agreed to fall into the tourist trap. Man am I glad I did. The service was awesome, the food was even better, the drinks were strong and they loved having 6 adults, 7... More

The service was ok. Nice and friendly .... The food was absolutely a joke. Shrimp (Reds) were cold and looked older than a day. Shrimp platter matched something you'd get at Popeyes but less tasteful and much more expensive. Go to another place to eat good authentic seafood from the Gulf.

Eclectic touristy environment. Good menu. Gator bites, crawfish bites, fried pickles. Crab legs were delicious and so was the fish. Try a Hurricane Jack, they are delicious! Had to wait a while but there is lots to do while you wait. Gift shop with a super nice lady, and a parrot named Jack. Dolphin Cruise rentals and parasailing info. Kids... More

Started off by hitching a ride on their golf cart circling the parking lot looking for walkers like me. The hostess said 30 minute wait which was actually a little longer, but it was worth it. Great view of the water and food was spot on

If you're a late riser or attend early church, this is the perfect place to go for a late Sunday morning breakfast. Apparently a well-known hot spot, we had to park and walk a good distance and waited about 20 minutes for 'first available' seating. We were fortunate to be seated on the outside deck where we could watch boats... More
