Eclectic touristy environment. Good menu. Gator bites, crawfish bites, fried pickles. Crab legs were delicious and so was the fish. Try a Hurricane Jack, they are delicious! Had to wait a while but there is lots to do while you wait. Gift shop with a super nice lady, and a parrot named Jack. Dolphin Cruise rentals and parasailing info. Kids... More

Started off by hitching a ride on their golf cart circling the parking lot looking for walkers like me. The hostess said 30 minute wait which was actually a little longer, but it was worth it. Great view of the water and food was spot on

If you're a late riser or attend early church, this is the perfect place to go for a late Sunday morning breakfast. Apparently a well-known hot spot, we had to park and walk a good distance and waited about 20 minutes for 'first available' seating. We were fortunate to be seated on the outside deck where we could watch boats... More

Went for lunch the other day. Looks like a big tree house. You can dine inside or out. I ordered the Mahi Mahi fish tacos and they were delicious. My husband ordered the shrimp po'boy and was very pleased. For dessert we had the key lime pie and it was one of the best we have had. Casual atmosphere got... More

Maybe we didn't get off on the right foot when were told it would be an hour for a wait and we waited 80 minutes and we saw groups (both large and small) get seated before us after we arrived. Or maybe it was the food which was ok. Or the mixed drinks that were watered down. In all honesty,... More

It was a great experience. The atmosphere is unlike any other. We had the PERFECT view. I got the crab cakes and my boyfriend got the gator bites - both were perfectly cooked and tasted fresh. The key lime pie was also really good. You could tell our waitress was super busy, but she was still tentative, friendly, and joked... More

This was our first time going to orange beach. A friend recommended Tacky Jack's to us. We ate there for dinner one night and lunch another day. The food & service were both great but the wait was very long at dinner time (which is to be expected). My ONLY complaint is that we were quoted 30 minutes for a... More

We ate a Tacky Jack's for breakfast - it was ok. Very limited menu, mostly eggs, bacon & sausage, with a few combinations of each. Atmosphere is nice. Majority of the seating is outdoors and your experience will be weather dependent. Prices were right where they should be, service was average. Nothing to rave about here, pretty average all around,... More
