We tried eating at the restaurant upstairs from Calypso Joe's but it didn't have as nice a view, so we went downstairs and got a table at Calypso Joe's right in front of the yachts in the marina. Maybe the fried shrimp po-boy was just a little lacking, but I was not impressed with the food in the least. The rest of my party, however, really enjoyed their's especially the hamburgers and chicken salad. I loved the atmosphere! My family and I tried this restaurant on the waterfront in Orange Beach, Alabama last night and it was great. There was live music, good food, and fast service.
