It is what it is....Beignets!!!

Great beignets, good coffee, and on our visits a friendly staff. I have to agree with some other reviewers that the place could stand a cleaning, but still good beignets!

My family and I stopped by this place one morning to try a little something different for breakfast. No frills little place in the middle of a strip mall nothing fancy just some tables and chairs and several young people working the floor. This place does one thing and boy do they do it right. What a treat...melt in your... More

Great beignets! They were made fresh as we waited. The staff was friendly and quick to serve. It's a simple place, but the food is great. They have other options, but we tried the beignets and they did not disappoint.

We ate here twice while on vacation and the beignets were made to order and tasted wonderful as did the cafe aulait. Like others mentioned, I would plan on getting these to go. We were in and out both times in 5 minutes.

Simple strip mall shop, seating for a fair number of people. The Beignets were very good, but zero atmosphere, plain walls and fluorescent lighting. Service was average.

You can't get beignets any fresher. They cook them while you're sipping your coffee. Come on man, They do not prepare them any better in New Orleans. But, if you feel the need boogie around Jackson Square, take in the atmosphere at the Cafe Du Monde, do it. But, you're not going to end up with any better beignets or... More

Great! Almost as good as New Orleans. My main reason for going to Orange Beach! I order extra sugar but my husband fills them with jelly. Never tried the chocolate because I saw kids eating them and they were a mess. Just like them like they are-still warm!

Let me begin with the beignets themselves; they were good and comparable to those from Cafe du Monde. A dozen were $10.95 after tax, which was definitely reasonable. They also do not accept credit/debit cards and only take cash or personal checks, so make sure you're prepared. Now for the location itself which is a small shop in an older... More

Little famous hole in the wall. Great Beignets. Missed getting to see author Andy Andrews. Had never had a beignet before and loved it. Had powdered sugar all over me. Loved it.

Holy smokes! These beignets are from heaven! It took us a minute to find the place but it was worth it. Best breakfast we had at the beach by far!
